Finally...ultimate relaxation!
NEW UPDATE: DECEMBER 2, 2017I would continue to give this more than 5 stars! I have had this unit for almost 2 years now, and it is just as wonderful as when I first used it.It has been a great investment for my feet and for relaxation.UPDATE: JUNE 25, 2016If I could give this 6 stars, I would!I have spent the last two weeks working hard in my yard and garden, on my feet for long periods of time, pulling large weeds, mowing my own lawn with a human-powered reel mower (and loving it), pruning tall tree limbs with an expandable trimmer, digging up and replacing gutter drainage pipes in two areas of my patio, moving dirt to fill and plant large raised beds and containers, and digging the weeds and dirt out from between patio stones to replace with pea gravel.I am 62-years young, female, and stand at 5'4". Including long walks with my dog, I have been averaging 16,000 steps per day on my activity band (UP) for the last two weeks, and after the last two-in-a-row 20,500 step days, my feet were killing me!I hadn't used my Carepeutic Spa since winter, so I rolled it out, filled it with cool water, added peppermint foot salts, and let the massage rollers, bubbles, and jets do their thing. I love that I had the ability to slowly increase the heat and turn off the massage rollers, eventually ending up soaking in hot, soothing water with just bubbles. It was the most wonderful thing!Clean up was a breeze with the automatic drain (seriously, take out the baskets and plug the hole with a rubber plug...the difference in drainage is amazing!)I went to bed, and my feet felt wonderful the next day. I was so grateful to have this wonderfully versatile spa.ORIGINAL REVIEWAfter years of searching for the best footbath, and experiencing many disappointments, I took a chance on this model although there were no reviews. It was a great decision! It is not absolutely perfect, but I love everything about this one even though it requires few tweaks with the drainage. It is by far the best I have ever owned. The control panel is very easy to use. The unit has multiple programs, but I have only used the first one (P1) so I can adjust everything as I desire. The other programs automatically turn the massage and bubbles off and on based on a certain time/temperature setting. The instruction booklet explains it all. Read it thoroughly. This footbath heats the water and keeps it at whatever temperature you choose within the range of temperatures of the unit. It's fabulous! The large massage rollers are motorized, and not removable. I wear a size 9 - 9.5 shoe, and the rollers hit me right in the insteps and the balls of my feet for a wonderful foot massage. There is enough room for me to move my feet so the rollers can massage my heels for a bit, or I can just hit a button and turn them off.The bubbles just feel wonderful, and you can turn them on and off as desired. Everything is individually adjustable with the exception of the timer. If you don't want to sit any longer, then you simply hit the off button. The two jets can be adjusted towards or away from the feet. The waterfall is adjustable as well. sometimes I like them, other times I don't.Delightfully, this footbath allows the use of mineral salts and herbs. I made my own lavender and green tea foot soak with epsom salts, and I put a few tablespoons in an organza drawstring bag, tie it closed, and place it in the basket specifically for mineral bags. I remove it before I drain the water, let it dry out, and remove the dried out lavender buds and green tea leaves. It HAS to be secured in a mesh bag so the leaves and buds don't clog anything. I have also used some rose scented bath salts without the bag since the salts don't have any added herbs. They just dissolved from the little basket and were fine. The auto drainage feature, while not perfect, is such a great feature to have. It's a deep footbath and would be too heavy when full for me to get to the kitchen to drain. This unit has a powered drain nozzle that empties onto a bucket, and it can be paused as the bucket is filled to a level I can handle to carry to the kitchen to empty. Then I can resume the draining with the touch of a button. Once empty, I can easily lift the unit with the two concave handles on either side and carry it to its storage place.I noticed, though, that the first time I used it, some of the water was cycling back through the waterfall and jets, and the unit never drained fully. I pulled out the removable basket and jet assembly and noticed that water came out of the vertical connecting tube. I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen as a pat of the design, but my solution to prevent water from coming back through that tube was to purchase a black rubber stopper and plug up the tube. What a difference in the power and speed of the drainage! Also, water will pool under the massage rollers, but after all the major water is drained out, I tip the unit towards me, and the drain, and the excess water is pulled out. I can then dry the unit with a towel and put it away for my next relaxation session. I store the stopper in the mineral basket. For me, this footbath is well worth the money. A relaxing scented soak, a powered massage, consistently warm water, a hot cup of tea, soft music, and bit of meditation makes for a very calming 50 minutes. I have used it 5 times in the 11 days I have owned it, and in the cold weather we have been having, it's wonderful! I think it will be great with cool water, peppermint foot salts, and a cold beverage on a warm day.It is exactly what I have been looking for, and I love it!

Long time use = Fantastic!
We've been using this since May 2018 (almost a year). I love this footbath: the quality, durability, and features. Totally worth the money. I felt so passionately about the comfort and relaxation this thing brings me/my family on a regular basis, that I felt compelled to actually write a review.Pros: So many!-the automatic rollers are strong, haven't worn down, and don't slow down when you add pressure (this is rare)-no leaks or malfunctions after long-time, regular use by multiple people-heated water function is consistent and pleasurable-large bath for all foot sizes and larger than most (extends up the calves a bit)-can safely add salts, bath bombs, essential oils, soaps, etc. without damaging machine-motorized drainage system a MUST for smaller people like myself (makes draining safe/easier)Cons:-power cord could be a tad bit longer-it gets dirty easily and can be hard to clean (some disassembly required over time)Hints for use/expectations:-it's a footbath, therefore gets dirty easily no matter what machine you use-fill the bath with warm/hot water. All reviews complaining about heat-up time are dumb for filling it with cold-if the rollers hurt your feet with continued use, turn. them. off. You have control and other features to use like jets/bubbles-we have no spillage or splashing during use, and we fill the water line very high. I use this sitting on my couch with it on my carpet, but I do place a towel underneath it for when I remove my feet and drain the machine into a bucket-place empty footbath where you will use it, fill it with a bucket of warm water (we make 2-3 trips to fill it high), and empty the water when done back into the bucket with the pump (also 2-3 trips). Then dump remaining water into drain easily by picking up machine since it is no longer heavy with much water. It's easy, but reading the reviews I can tell some people can't really figure this simple routine out.Overall this is a great machine for someone with sore feet or wanting regular at-home relaxing pedicure/spa experiences. We are blue collar working restaurant servers on our feet all the time, so this has given us much relief after long days.

Treat for your feet!
I wanted to post a review of this item because the ones I read were so conflicting. The most recent ones also gave me the concern that the quality of this item may have changed. I have had no problems with this foot spa. In the short time I've had it, it has been used several times (sometimes by two people back to back). It has performed well. No leaks, no issues with draining. It is easy to use and all of the features work. Contrary to some reviews, mine came with a manual and there is a website for the manufacturer. The only reason I knocked off one star is because for the price, I expected it to feel more like the foot spa chairs at the salon. No, the bubbles and jets are not terribly strong. However, this spa heats water quickly and keeps it hot very, very well. The massage wheels don't slow down when resting your weight on them. The automatic drainage feature is so important, as this foot spa would be very difficult to maneuver in order to dump. Overall, i really love this item and hope to get many years of use from it. Will update review over time.

Defective product with no customer support
The blanket is very plush and worked great for about 48 hours after I gave it to my wife for Christmas. Then on morning three the blanket would not come on. There was nothing showing in the display panel and the heating elements were not working. I unplugged the unit and waited several minutes for a possible reset of the control unit and then plugged it back in, still no power. I respected this dance several times on multiple outlets throughout the house. After emailing the seller two times and waiting several days with no response it saddens me to say that not only is this product not high quality but the seller also has shown poor quality in their lack of response to my pleas for help. I hope thatI can still get this issue resolved and come back later with a more positive outlook.

Satisfaction
Fonctionne bien en général.La fonction de 'vidange' ne pose pas vraiment de problème. Après trois minutes, on recommence le processus si c'est pas terminé. J'aurais aimé avoir un guide d'utilisation complet en français.

Not Suitable for use in India
The seller has not spelt out that the equipment works on 110V 60 Hz supply, thereby making it unsuitable for use in India, unless a dedicated frequency/ voltage converter is used, rated for approx 800-1000 Watts. Product is NOT RECOMMENDED for sale/ purchase in India.

Super product. I bought 3 units and it is sturdy, relative quiet, good power massage with dual rollers per feet, quick heating.Bubbles are not the forte point, but it works well. Pump is great for evacuating water without hurting your back.Simply put, well designed! Here at ROINRO we like it greatly as you can put it under your desk and work on your computer while having a foot massage.

it doesn't immerse as much of the calf as I would have liked. But
The unit looks deeper than it actually is. Filled to the highest level, it doesn't immerse as much of the calf as I would have liked. But, it does work well.
