The remote was purchased as a replacement to the same remote on my brother in laws hospital bed. His quit working. We received the remote in 1 day and it has worked perfectly since. Love it!

High Quality for a Cheaper Price
I purchased this to replace a missing controller but ended up finding it and returned this one.I did inspect it and it's seems to be exactly like the original. Good quality and way cheaper than ordering from an Invacare dealer. I was quoted $212.62 for this little thing from a local health equipment shop.NOTE: When inserting the connector into the control box, you really have to stick it in there to make sure its seated. I'm assuming this is to keep any type of liquids/moisture or dust and such out of there
