So, I’ve tried supplements before that promised some outlandish results and have been surprisingly disappointed. I have been struggling with irregular (and painfully heavy) bleeding for several years. I’ve gone to specialists and physicians that always told me that “everything looks fine” and were eager to either put me on birth control or perform procedures that would impact my chances of fertility greatly. I’ve never wanted to be reliant on birth control and I still plan to eventually have kids, so those options just weren’t going to work for me. I eventually assumed that maybe I had a hormonal imbalance, but tried different options that would only stop my cycle for about a week. I did even more research and found Rae supplements. I saw mixed reviews, but figured I didn’t have anything to lose since I didn’t see many other feasible options. I’m not even being dramatic m, but these worked almost INSTANTLY. My mood improved drastically after only 2 doses, and my bleeding stopped within less than a week. I finally feel like myself after so many years of dealing with this mysterious menstrual disorder/hormonal imbalance. And for the price point, I’m still truly shocked that these supplements have been my only saving grace, after years of being gaslit and getting the run around. I haven’t experienced any insomnia like some reviews mentioned… if anything, these help me sleep so much better (I take them before bed). I also haven’t noticed any issues with my bowel movements, which some reviews have also mentioned. I am truly sold and have just ordered my second bottle!

As the title says this is my go-to-trio, a good hormonal blend all around. I have been using the Vaginal Balance consecutively for about 3 months and then I have added the other two just recently. The transformation has been great for me! Thanks to the Rebalance my hormones have been better, I don’t get stressed easily and I am not as irritable as I used to be. In terms of the In The Mood, I find myself having more confidence in my body appearances, which is something I have always dealt with. Overall it’s not a bad idea to try these but just know that everyone responds differently and it will take a while for you to actually feel a change!! 🥰

I ordered this for the first time 10/2021. I have used it ever since. I knew my hormones were imbalanced because around my period I was so moody, depressed and had no energy. I tried talking to my Dr and they refused to check my hormone levels because they said I was “too young” and tried to push antidepressants on me instead. I did a little research and found Rae Rebalance. I am SO glad I did and so is my husband. Within 1 month of trying these pills everything changed. I was no longer moody and depressed, I had more energy and BONUS my libido increased. I like the pepperminty taste (which I know some people don’t like) and I have had no negative side effects. I tried the In The Mood pills which do help ;) but I honestly don’t need them with Rebalance. If you have any issues and believe it’s hormone related, please give these a try!!

So I've used the pre+probiotic before and had great results. I bought a few to try and the Rebalance one...it WORKSSSS!!!!I suffer from PCOS and anxiety, depression, all that. Even when on medication for these things I always felt sad still. I have taken this a couple of days now and I feel GREAT!!!! I have energy ( and a 8 month old who doesn't sleep through the night ) and I feel very focused on my goals for the day.I only ever take half doses of supplements to start and I'm going to stick with it because that's enough for me for right now. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger!There is a strong minty flavor and it does make your chest feel a little tingly but to me it's like when you accidently swallow some mouthwash.

I’ve taken these for ~2 months now and wanted to wait until some time has passed to make a review. I have been off hormonal birth control since December of 2022; Since then my hormones have been out of wack and I lost my period around April of 2023.I ordered these since then and have since gotten my period in June and now July also! They don’t taste like anything but maybe slightly minty, but I like it. My cramps are still noticeable but not debilitating like before, and my flow isn’t as heavy as it used to be even while on birth control.I’d say try these and give them a shot if you need to rebalance your hormones!

I never write reviews, however, the reviews I read for this actually convinced me to write one because these capsules actually do what they say they do. I started running 2 years ago and have been pretty lean, I sometimes don't have a period for 3 months and when I do get it, it's barely there and lasts for one day. The biggest thing though is my mood and how I feel. I noticed without a regular cycle I felt foggy, fatigued, lethargic, moody, and just bleh. I never have acne, but right when I'm supposed to be on my period, my skin gets awful. I take this at night and in the morning, I sleep AMAZING at night and wake up feeling refreshed and happy. I took it for 3 days and my period started and has lasted 4 days which is setting records for me.All In all. if you find yourself here and you're irregular, get bloated randomly, feel lethargic and foggy, have bad skin, or feel like you go through emotional ups and downs at odd times, just TRY THIS.

I have tried so many hormone balance pills and gummies. This is the one that balanced me out and popped the cyst on my ovaries and gave me a normal Period. Looking forward to having a normal once a month cycle after years of irregular horrible periods that stayed too long and put me in the hospital way too many times.
