Great model
This was a great purchase in my opinion! Me and my dad decided we were gonna get an artist proof (meaning unpainted), we cleaned the mould lines, disassembled him, masked off all the joints and connecting points, gave him a coat of black primer, then we painted him to be a dark angel! It was great

It IS a Space Marine!
Its FANTASTIC!!!! It truly is a large scale version of your basic WH40K space marine. Its marked as a toy, but i use it as a statue and it is brilliant! It comes in three separate parts, figure, gun, and, backpack. They all simple push together into place. The figure is fully posable with the standard wrist, elbow, shoulder, waist, knee, foot, an head posable parts, an they are good solid joints, the limbs stay where their positioned. It is also a fair weight, meaning it is stable once put into its desired position without it falling over. In all a well thought out quality purchase. I am VERY happy with this model. In fact, i went an purchased another, after the first had arrived and i saw for myself how good it was.I only have small slight gripes, an i only mention them to try an help others. When bent the elbow joint exposes a gap, the knee joint hides this joint a lot better. A little bit of green stuff will hide this of course, so if your planning on making it a statue remember to have some ready. Also, personally, i feel the foot plates a little small, it doesn't cover the full width under both feet, but as it doesn't actually need one, or your probably already have a better plate anyway. I just thought i would mention these tiny faults so people can order at the same time the parts they might need, an again, i like the item so much i went an brought another one! If that doesn't say how good it is i don't know what will? If your a Space Marine fan, your LOVE it!

For Warhammer 40K Fans
A well made action figure of a Primaris Intercessor, surprisingly solid to the touch and robust. Now stands guard over my PC in the name of the God Emperor.

It's rad
Feels well built, not cheap and fragile. I'll admit putting the bolt gun and chainsword in his hands was a bit stressful, but everything was fine and he is now defending my desk happily. I kinda wish the ankles had a bit more range of movement forwards but I am really nit picking at that point. Overall, very happy with it.

Quality product
It's far easier to get the bolt rifle into the hand with this than the weapons are with the regular McFarlane Ultramarines Intercessor, which is probably just as well since a lot of people will be painting this.Personally I like having the rare opportunity to get a figure in 'prototype' grey and the details stand out wonderfully. Like some other reviewers who've picked up both, I have to say I prefer this McFarlane sculpt to the Bandai one -- it's much better value and with more heft, at a similar price to what much smaller action figures go for. I'm certainly not alone in feeling a bit ripped off by Bandai. If you prefer a ready-painted figure the finish on their Ultramarines figure is a bit better than the McFarlane painted release, but not the extent most people wouldn't find it better to get the latter and add paint highlights themselves.I honestly can't see Bandai finding many takers for its follow up releases when these alternatives are available, and with McFarlane already previewing other Space Marines. Hope to see the licence for W40K action figures being kept for years to come!

One of Guillimans Finest!
Does the Emperor Proud!I was really excited to see Macfarline Toys had paired up with Games Workshop and brought us a range of Warhammer 40000 action figures. First off I am a grown assed man almost in my 50th year so I seriously doubt I'll be doing any action figurey activities with my new Marines. Nope I got one as a display piece and I've ordered another grey one to paint myself as I have always wanted to paint a larger scaled figure but tbh never found a larger one that I wanted to paint, until now of course (majority are all fantasy themed)The build quality is pretty darned good as is the paint work on the figure itself.(well you know, basic but solid)I hope they would add to the range as there is a serious lack of Warhammer collectibles other than the models themselves.I love my new figure and he is guarding my shelves and has been since about 30 seconds after I managed to remove him from the box.Great figure, Good price and Grand quality!Very happy with my purchase !!
