I bought this product as it looked substantial and had a 5 year guarantee. Unfortunately the bottom weld/fixing has broken, it does not appear to be strong enough to support a bird. After only a few refills I find that the bottom has dropped out and is therefore unfit for purpose. This product was purchased in late June, early July it is useless. I do not recommend this product as a bird feeder. Dianne Butler

I found the saucer at bottom of feeder when it rains gets clogged with birdseed which if not cleaned out couldgo mouldy
