I was completely blown away by how beautiful our personalised topper was. I ordered just 4 days before our daughters birthday and it arrived 2 days later, thanks to prompt delivery from seller.They accommodated our personalised requested without hesitation and the beautiful attention to detail was top class the way it was presented in its beautiful little slip with separate plastic insert to put onto cake was so well done. It's the little things that mean the most and this company went over and above to help nothing was an issue.I will certainly be purchasing for many more years up come. Really fantastic, exactly what I was looking for. It came within a few days of ordering, arrived packaged well, and came with the dowel supports and glue dots to attach them where you want to.We used this for my cats birthday "cake" and it looked great. The blue glitter is really pretty. I'll definitely be ordering more for other occasions!

Having waited nearly 3 days for delivery for a customised product what I received was truly shocking.The font is somewhat ineligible and very small and squashed up. Its very flimsy and cheap looking. Very expensive for what you get.Not to mention you get given something equivalent to a plastic stirrer spoon and a poorly cut sticky tape for you to personally stick these two items together in no orderly fashion.Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!!

I can’t fault the level of service, delivery, price nor quality of this Item. I messaged them directly after customising and placing my order to request stars adding and they replied promptly.Took about 3 days max to receive and well worth the money.I would definitely recommend them

This arrived so much quicker than I thought and it looked fab, although its not very thick and I'm worried it might break. I've been very careful with it and just hope I'll be able to use it next year also, but we will see! In saying that though, it still looks great and it fab value for money.

The way in which they have designed the letters it read's DAVD not DAVID. this is because they have used a font that merges the V and I together . Im not sure how they have managed to even send it like this. It is also bendy and not solid. I plan parties and these are the worst ones in regard's to quality also . I have asked for a full refund, sad I paid for delivery, i should get this back as well for wasting my time.

It arrived perfectly. Super vibrant and sparkly pink (as chosen) with an easy reading typo perfectly cut.The birthday girl and the family loved it. I will repeat for sure!(I ordered it in Spanish and it was perfect)

Great way to make your cake a masterpiece. It really made the cake have that special look. Would definitely buy another. Only thing you have to do is glue the wooden Baton to the plaque, which was easy. So happy with the end result
