I love everything about this phone, except for how slick it is! All of the design is sleek and attractive, audio and charge cord cutouts are good sized, and the volume buttons are pronounced, so easily accessible. Overall I like the case, but it will slip out of my hand quite easily, and the other thing is if you have a tempered glass screen protector, the case edges are not higher than the screen. Hope this helps some.

A little too bulky for my taste, and more plastic looking than metal. I don't like that it covers the volume buttons too. Made from a rubbery like plastic, not so thin. Interesting design nevertheless.

Looks fantastic! Fits like a glove. Forget any negative comments on this case. The buttons are MUCH better than stupid rubber buttons on other cases. The tactile feel is like factory. Easy to click with minimal pressure. Never any question as to whether actually clicked a button or not. Bonus: The rounded edges kind of makes my iPhone SE look like a 6.

Dropped it once and it cracked

In all honesty this is the best case I have ever bought. It actually does make the phone look sleeker and slimmer. I think I'm gonna buy a couple more in different colors as well. Love it!

My son loved it!

Never been a fan of those giant rubber cases some people get but I do want mine to provide decent protection. I have to think this stylish slim one comes close to the rubber bricks. It combines the armor/impact spreading of a metal edge with the cushioning of rubber underneath. I've dropped my phone so many times with this thing and though a particularly bad drop can crack the metal edges of the case (buy another - they're only 10 bucks!), the phone has never received more than an very minor scuffed corner. Add to that it's slim and one of the classier looking cases out there (and only a sawbuck!), and what more can you ask for?The only flaw I can mention is that I have to agree with other reviewers that the opening for the silent switch is inadequate. If you're an adult with trimmed fingernails you have to really dig for it. It needs to be either bigger or a cover switch should be added. For that I'd lower my rating to a 4.5 if I could. But I can't, so 5 it is.
