TimberlandMen's White Ledge Mid Waterproof Lace-up Boots

I previously bought a cheaper pair of walking boots for around £40 to £50. They turned out awful, not water proof, rubbed my toes and worst of all I could feel every pebble, stone or blade of grass I walked on. So I decided to go for timberlands as I have some standard boots I like. I bought 7.5 because 8’s are too big and 7 can run a little. Well I’ve had these a few weeks now. They’re water proof, they fit perfectly and I do have wide feet, they’re solid but feel comfortable and I have no complaints. I’ve had to pay a lot more but with that came quality, plus the fact I can actually wear these with confidence. I look at it that I lost £50 buying rubbish, that’s where I should have made the saving!

Speedy delivery. When I first tried them on I thought they felt too small I was aware of my toe touching the toe of the boot, but turned out I had the inappropriate socks on!!I wore them on a 9 Mile walk straight away they were very comfortable no blisters or rubbing so really pleased. They are well made , and after wearing them for a short time the leather is already softening up & looking good. I cant comment on how waterproof they are yet as the weather has been dry & sunny.

I bought these for walking the dogs through fields, on the pavement and beach. I have had them for them about two weeks and they are great and definitely waterproof. They are warm and comfy, although it did take a while to break in /get used to the ankle support which is very stiff to start with. I spent a bit more this time as I usually get waterproof trainers but seen as last pair only lasted about 3 months I am hoping these last longer...!

Love these boots! Ordered a size 6, as usual, my feet are just slightly smaller 5.5, E fitting. With an extra pair of socks they fit like a glove, not tight, toes still have wriggle room. Very comfortable and supportive and did not need breaking in.Most importantly for me is the waterproofing efficiency which was put to the test on the beach when the incoming tide took me by surprise. The water surged almost to the top of the boot and over the tongue. I was skeptical. Absolutely delighted that my foot stayed dry! No leakage. I had sprayed the boots with a nubuck water-proofer when they arrived just over a week ago.A little slippery on wet rocks with seaweed but the soles are not expected to be used for that. I did walk over snowy, slippery pavements with caution....wasn't confident about how 'grippy' they were, it was the first time of wearing.As long as they continue to keep water out and warmth in, I will reorder....not for a few years yet, hopefully.

I walk dogs every day and really wanted a pair of comfortable and stylish boots. These have exceeded my expectations so far.. I have very wide feet but they are extremely comfortable , they feel light and do not rub or pinch. My feet have remained dry despite trudging through boggy fields. I now basically live in them as they look pretty cool too!

My wife loves these boots. They are her second pair. They are comfortable straight out of the box. They have good grip and are waterproof . Her first pair lasted well, hence the purchase of this pair.

Bought these as I had the previous version of the same boot for 6 years and the were great straight out of the box and have walk on average about 1000m a year. These Boots look great and fit well however the tongue is quite narrow and only just clears the laces at the front. I wore them inside for about a week and they were ok so I took the out, unfortunately over uneven terrain they rub terribly at the back of each ankle. Not up hill surprisingly, mainly flatter stretches. I have a small 5cm circular cut on each rear ankle. Not sure if its stitching or what I cant feel with my hands anything sticking out but after 3 5mile walks I might have to go back to my old ones. Not sure I can return now they've been outside.

compré 6.5 y yo soy 6, sin embargo, me quedaron de maravilla, aún me falta probarlas en el campo, pero se ven y se sienten de muy buena calidad, lucen duraderas. Estoy encantada con mi compra:)

To admit these are my favorite boots of all time is a BOLD statement I take seriously, folks. I had to think ALL the way back! Yes, it's true. I even had to include my white Go-Go boots from the mid 1960s that were PRECIOUS.What I love about these boots: 1. They come in Wide width 2. The top isn't so high that it digs into your SHIN! 3. They are RUGGED & last. 4. They're comfy! 5. Completely waterproof. (I walk the beach. If I get caught splashing in incoming tide, my feet stay dry) 6. You walk easier in snow with these textured soles. 7. They aren't too heavy. 8. They let you walk normally, not clomp around like you have cement blocks on.These are more comfortable than any sneakers I own, & because New England has so many ticks, I wear my boots year-round. Great, versatile boot. I love mine!

He really likes them. Fit is good and we were very surprised to see the boot didn’t hurt the sides of his feet. He loves this brand and will for sure he ordering again.
