Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These - Season 2 [Blu-ray]

This is season 2 of a very well written series. Season 2 is just as excellent as the first.It is a remake of the same series that was done decades ago, but was never given a proper translation and is ridiculously expensive to acquire now. So for those that have heard about the the original series, this is the best way to check out that story. It is well worth it.The pacing is a little faster than the original and the art updated, but the story is unchanged.Both series are based on a series of japanese books.Some have claimed that the original series is possibly the best sci-fi series ever written, and they may be correct in that assessment.Absolutely worth watching, but you have to start with season 1.

This blu ray was advertised as new but was missing the plastic wrap.

My favorite space anime. Excellent story. Waiting very impatiently for season 3.
