Skechers Women's Reggae Irie Mon Slingback Sandal

Purchased these in a size 9, 9.5, & 10. I'm a true size 9, but often order a half/whole size up in open toe sandals in order to avoid the toes from being too close or over the edge. I also have a foot that is more on the slender/narrow side. With that in mind, the straps on the size 9 fit best for me, but the length in front of the shoe left my toes too close for comfort - not terribly over the front edge, but big toe was almost on the lip edge (returned these). The size 10, fit better in length (kind of long with too much room both in back & front), but the straps were way too loose - no way to tighten as needed (gave those away bc i used them & was too late to return). Waiting for the size 9.5 to arrive, but had to pay double what the other two sizes cost. Bummer & Boo! I'm hoping the 9.5 will be the winning pair though. Hoping the raised cost is worth it. I will update. They are a comfortable shoe - the stretchy straps is what I attribute the comfort to. I've walked miles in the size 10 & had no issues. The arch support is good too! The down side is that the straps are loose for those with narrow foot. If you have a narrow foot, sizing up can leave you with loose fitting straps. The adjustable strap around the ankle area only allows you to tighten it so much instead of allowing one to tighten to their individual comfort. They are completely water friendly - rubber sole & are washable as well. Overall its a good choice.

I have peripheral sensory neuropathy in both of my legs and feet and have for almost 10 years. Foot and leg pain is my normal state of being. Just received these and as usual with any attempt at new style sandals, I was skeptical. So glad my skepticism was unnecessary. These sandals are stylish and very easy to put on. They have a snap closure so they don't cause pain trying to stretch them over my feet like previous styles I've tried. Like with most Sketchers, although they might not look like it, the arch support is great. Very sturdy sandal that supports the entire foot. Great rubberized soles ensure they are safe and durable for slippery surfaces. I was concerned about the "big toe" design but thrilled how comfortable the style is. Ideal sandals for someone like me, and living in Florida, it's a year round purchase. I love the color, got the mint green, although I wish there was an all white and/or all black option, but thats just me. Overall, I'm thrilled with this purchase and plan to buy at least 1 more pair. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a comfortable pair of sandals. Even more so if, like me, you suffer from neuropathy and need the support without added pain from closed toed shoes or shoes that cut into your feet in all the wrong places.

These are my favorite sandals to wear in the warmer months. They are high-quality, super comfortable and affordable. 10/10 will purchase again!

I have these from years ago. The fit for those were better. I have a narrow foot. I liked the straps that were non stretch because it secured my foot better. I could hike in them, walk in the rivers with them etc. There is no way I could do that with the new ones I received. The stretchy straps make it more like a flip flop on me. I will keep these because they are pretty but will only wear them when I know I will not be doing a lot of walking. Bring back the old style straps please.

Great candles. Have a great arch and are very comfortable. Size is true to chart. Candles can be casual or summer dressy.

I love these sandals! I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7 in these and they fit like a glove. The soles are extremely comfortable and the straps don’t rub at all. I highly recommend!

Shoe was too loose for my feet. Not in length but design potentially for a wider heavier foot? Not adjustable in a way that would eliminate that. Also the arch was in kind of an odd spot for my foot. The quality seemed fine

Love the look of the sandal and the material. Seems high quality for the cost. I have extremely narrow size 8 feet. They fit true to size. The straps fit snuggly around my big toe and the top of my foot which i love but the strap that fits around my ankle is loose. When tightened all the way it lays nicely but when walking it does nothing. Its like a fancy flip flop and feels as though if i do more than a slight speed walk it will come off. The sandle isn’t super lightweight but isnt heavy either. Kinda a happy medium. Bought these for a beach vacation. I love my sketchers flip flops so i am going to give these a try. I like that there isnt a high arch. I naturally have high arches but shoes with high arch support tend to be more painful for my feet.

These shoes are so comfy, I have walked a long way in them, not a problem at all, no aching feet, I love them. They look cute too. I bought 2 sizes smaller than my usual size and they are a perfect fit. If you are looking to buy remember they come up large.
