What is output watt when electricity not available

It reduces to 50 percent.. Can consider 6-7 watt but it is still descent lighiting all over the room. I believe it is the best investment and alternative to inverter which cost huge.. I am genuinely using this and in this 2 year.. Never had any problem. Battery backup is aprox 4 hours.. Which is vwry good

Charge should be given extra or it takes charge automatically while light is on?
