Only use in my bad left ear. Comfortable and wear for 9 hours when at work. Have to adjust in ear a couple times during shift to make sure it is in good, but that is no big deal. Also, I keep volume at lowest setting and that is all I need, so far. I’ve tried other amplifiers, the kind that go over the ear and was disappointed with their sound and comfort.

I bought the small sizing and it worked out well. I didn't realize they were battery operated. Putting those in is awkward .

I like the size but the battery last only two days.

I like that it amplifies sound. I don’t like that there is no noise reduction.

Would not purchase this product again, made poorly and purchased from an over seas vendor and would cost 10x more to send back. Cost $14.00 return is over $100.00 to china. Never purchase from a third party vendor! Actually would not even give them 1 star

You can't get something as sophisticated as this for anywhere near the price. The comfort is ok but the performance is imperfect, yet good enough
