Looks like new old stock
The unit I received was in excellent condition, and appeared to be new old stock with a sticker for a Brazilian distributor affixed to the back, rather than a refurbished unit.Unit was the SPA525-G2 model, with the Bluetooth functionality as advertised, and had no locking in place.I was able to get the phone provisioned on the network with a minimum of fuss, and it has worked well ever since.

Junk Dealer
This is the second defective "renewed" phone I've received this month so far. After going through the somewhat involved provisioning process, I discovered the first had a defective display. It was promptly replaced. Once again I went through the process of sending in the MAC address and provisioning the new phone. This one had a working display but the handset microphone was not working. Amazon customer service led me to believe that the seller had agreed to send me a new handset "in 2 business days". No such luck. The seller simply said "send it back". So now I'm wondering "what will be wrong with the 3rd phone?". No thanks. I'm done. This junk is just too expensive in terms of my wasted time. I suspect their "renewal" process consists of taking an item out of the bin, blowing it off with an air hose, and shipping it out the door for the customer to debug.

No Power adapter needed; Power over Ethernet means one cord, one connection no AC outlet required
This phone has a lot of capability and a number of great features. Since others have reviewed this phone and all of it’s features, I won’t go into them here.I noticed in a bunch of reviews, people were complaining that they needed to buy a power adapter. Just buy an Ethernet switch that sends out power Ofer Ethernet; One switch can power multiple phones. One wire also means less clutter and tangled cords behind my desk.If you happen to be looking for a telephone to use with Hamshack hotline, I can tell you that this one works well and is easy to configure.

Good price
Only bad thing I can say is, the handset cord was bad, but its used so can't expect it to be perfect. Other than that, product works very well. I sourced a new handset cord and it's all good.
