Every mild steel has a certain amount of carbon in it. But I can not tell you if the bars I bought have that quality. I used them as post supports. Sorry.

Please- sent my money back

The slats are thicker than in the description and rusty. they are also scratched and because of that they are thicker - they are heavier. I would like to my money back. Please, pick them up because of the size and weight I can't send them back
