I was pleasantly surprised when the package was opened and instantly I loved the appearance of the frame....I was impressed with the quality as well as I felt it and held it up to the wall....Suddenly I realized that this is not for "any" picture or poem or story but it is for a special picture on a special wall where people will immediately see it and marvel over it.... This is a must have frame in a country home....

The description says this fits 5x7 but it's actually 4x6. The wood also isn't the prettiest. I included a close up photo of holes in the wood. The only reason this frame works for me is because it's being used for cabin photos and I wanted the wood look. The matte is also yellow, it isn't white.

This frame does NOT hold a 5 X 7.... it holds a 6 X 4.... useless to me...and returning is a BIG hassle because there is not a close locations in my area for UPS !! VERY disappointed. The frame itself was nice. Had to wait over 3 weeks for refund.

Very disappointed that the frame arrived damaged. Although there was no way to know it was chipped before it was sent, I was still very disappointed - decided to take a refund and not to re-order because a replacement might also arrive damaged .
