Great product
I have bad upper back pain due to my breast size unfortunately. These X-Large patches are my favorite way to help relieve a little of the pain. They aren’t going to completely help but it does take some of the worst pain away for a while. I wish the box had 4 xl patches instead of 2 xl and 2 long.To make sure they stick well I recommend cleaning the area you want to apply it with soap and water. Let it dry completely and then place the patch so it will stick better (and longer).

Decent patches, I just find that if I’m laying down, they don’t stay in place and they bunch up which means I have to take it off. I’m going to use these for when I’m up and about and use the heating pads that go in a belt that fits around my waist at night. Those I can wear over night and because of the belt, they stay in place. These have their purpose, just not good when laying down, edpecyif you move a lot like me.

Best patch for back pain
I have tried almost every topical patch for back pain and nothing lasts as long as this one, is as effective as this one, or as comfortable. I wear one when I work a 12+ hour shift and it makes such a difference. You don’t have to keep re-applying cream (because let’s be honest, no one has the time or wants the mess). Some great engineering because it stays put and is comfortable for +12 hours. Highly recommend.
