So they give me a picture of the tail but no assembly instructions on how to obtain the mermaid tail look or how to begin with it.. I made do with what I had.. And tried to get it to look like the picture but it didnt even stand on its own... Don't buy if u dont know how to make a mermaid tail with balloons cuz it comes with no instructions!!! Comes with alot of balloons and the balloons are good quality not so much the foil balloons..

Some of the foil and latex balloons had tears in them. I had to buy a pack of balloons to fill in. The balloon tape and glue dots made it easy to put together though.

Easy to assemble just a tad time consuming. I highly recommend an electric balloon pump and assembling the day before the party as it does take quite some time. At least an hour.

No directions included so my sister-in-law and I had to wing it based on the photos. We underestimated the time it would take to assemble and after 2 of us working 1.5 hours, the result was disappointing. Lots of manipulating to get the tail positioned and held in the right position and the shells and starfish fell off before the party was over. Too bad as I really thought the concept was very cute.

There were no instructions or guide. My husband had to wing it. It came out looking good but he worked on it for hours. Then when we had it up for the party, the balloons began popping. After just a few hours, most of the balloons had popped, leaving a sad looking mermaid tail and a ton of balloon remnants at a one year old’s birthday party to worry about.

Had plenty of ballons, perfect for decorating, start with plenty of time. I dont have much experience so it did took a bit to get it right.Overall great price and it turned out really cute.

Disappointed. No seashells or mermaid tail included. I'm glad my client was understanding and did not live too far from a Party City.....
