Worked better than expected
My wall outlets in my kitchen backsplash were very loose after the new backsplash tiles were installed. These spacers worked perfect to tighten up the outlets. Someone suggested to me to call a tiler and have the new tiles repaired so that the outlets would fit better. This would cost hundreds. Instead I fixed the problem in less than a half hour, for about 11 bucks. Highly recommended.

Installing outlets over tile
These worked perfectly for what I needed. Only reason not five stars was because they compress quite a bit as you screw the outlet down making it difficult to cut them to the appropriate length. As long as you cut for compression, you won't waste as many as I did.

Simple system that works
I had boxes that were too deep after installing new dry wall. With this system I could easily install the covers without touching the box

A Must have for any DIYer
These are life savers. I’ve used the other pre spaced hard plastic versions and they never seem to be the right size. These worked without issue. Probably the most compelling feature is that they are rubber so you don’t have to be as precise. Cut them a little long and them screw to tighten to the right spacing.

Cut longer than needed.
So I have been using both the blue electric box extender and these rubber spacers.The spacers work better for my application and are easier.Cut them a couple eighths of an inch longer than needed. It helps add tension.The one issue is that it is difficult to flush the receptacles to the plate, as there is only the center pivot point where the rubber spacer is.Over all, as I’m not looking for perfection, but safety and at least a decent finish.

Works as described.
This works very well. Cut the plastic piece just a little longer than needed to fill the gap. It compresses a little and fills the gap between the box and the outlet or switch. I don't leave many reviews. But this one was worth it. The package is lacking. 4 stars because of the paper box.

Amazon shows this to be on its way, but it was delivered and used very satisfactorily.
