Had a rain last night and it held up even when all the water weight was on top of it.
Used this to cover my chicken coop that I made. The roof is just 2 flat pieces of 2x4x10 so when it rained, all the water puddled up on the tarp. When I got up in the morning there was at least 100 lbs of water being held. I had poke a hole to be able to get the water out as it was way to heavy to lift. However, the tarp itself was holding it well. The wood on the other hand was struggling not to break. It was well worth the price.

Very nice tarp, well made, but only lasted a year before ripping
I bought this to cover my Travel Trailer that had a leaky roof. Did great until this week almost exactly a year later when it ripped across the air conditioner. I'm sure this is due to it rubbing so if you used it on something soft or something without sharp edges it would last longer. Ordered a new one today, so I liked it enough to go with it again.

Works as expected
I have a 20x12 Shelter logic garage in the box, after 2 years the canvas deteriorates. I refuse to buy another skin for $300 😆 so I cover it with tarps. The 30×24 tarp I received works perfectly I know nothing lasts forever but if I get 1-2 years out of it I'm happy. So far so good. UPDATE... we just had the largest rainfall we have had in 10 years one storm dropped 7 inches of rain and not one drop of water was in my shed! We were also hit with 75 mph winds and the tarp held up perfectly! I'll be buying another tarp from this manufacturer

Holds up well over time but can degrade eventually under strong sunlight
I've used many brands of tarp over the years to provide protection, waterproofing or shelter from the harsh Florida weather especially during the hot summer months. Some tarps have lasted less than a year but I've found that this Kotap brand fairs better than many others of comparable thickness, color and size. I've had at least 4 of these over the past few years that I've used for outside shelter structures here in Florida. This is my second larger heavy duty 25'X40' white tarp and although the first eventually began showing signs of deterioration after about 18 months, I still use it to catch the bulk of the UV damaging rays while the new one acts as the primary layer beneath it. It's not perfect but compared to other brands out there, for the price, I'd give it 4 stars.

Nice heavy tarp!
Works great as a addition on the end of an awning.

Good Product Overall
Actual measurements are 13'4" x 15'7" on my 14' x 16' purchase, which is close to what they said it would be. The grommets were supposed to be every 18", and are near that at 16.5", 17", 18", 18.5", 19", etc. I'm using as a canopy over a deck using multiple bungee cords and it's holding up pretty well. Probably not the best use for this tarp as it is a bit heavy for this task, placing stress on those grommets. So far, so good though. If I had it to do again, I would have opted for a lighter (6 or 7 mil) 14" x 14" tarp, so as not to be as heavy for my canopy use.

Kept My Move Dry
I bought the 10 x 20 16 mil tarp with the hopes that it would last for my move across the state. I converted my car hauler to a cargo hauler and used this tarp to keep things dry. I am a retired truck driver with lots of flatbed experience so I was sure that this tarp is not transport quality when I received it, but it looked tough enough for my job.I attached the leading edge with lag screws, tucked in the front corners and used lag screws there also. I put 2x2 ribs every four feet across the top to keep it from sagging too much should it rain and to stabilize the sides. I also added padding on the corners to keep stresses to the tarp from sharp edges to minimum. I have pulled the trailer 1500 miles so far with no problems. I had to put the strap across the top to keep it from ballooning at highway speeds at first in the front and then in the rear also. The grommets are reasonably strong, but they can be over stressed with aggressive tightening. I learned quickly that snug is good enough and I've never had a problem with the tarp wanting to blow away, I have hauled it three times over the passes, twice in rain with no leaks, so I am happy. The only negative is that when parked loaded a heavy rain storm went through and dumped about an inch of rain. This resulted in a large pool in the tarp at the back of the trailer that I had to bail out. It stretched the tarp in that section so that it wants to balloon there also, but it did not leak.I one more 200 mile trip and I will be through with this trailer configuration and the tarp will go into storage or to cover hay, I believe that I could have hauled the trailer as pictured to Florida with no problemsI had expected to get 2 trips out of the tarp and was prepared to buy another, I am well pleased that one tarp did it all. It was a good value for me.UPDATE 10-20-21: I have finished all of my hauls across the state. The trailer and tarp as pictured have close to 3000 miles on them. The tarp never leaked and all our stuff stayed dry. There were a couple of minor stress points in the tarp where at the corners and the edges. One hole wore into the tarp from a piece of protruding hardware, but nothing on the top, The tarp did stretch a little from heavy rains but I am well pleased over all.

Great value
I purchased this to go over my existing portable shelter due to the outragous price of a replacement cover. It is the quality and thickness I expected, good reinforced corners and grommets. Came in a matter of days as stated. Will definitely purchase another one for my other shelter when needed.

Use this for a boat cover
Use this to keep the debris out of my old aluminum fising boat while it is in storage. I just flip the boat over in winter, but in summer it sits on the trailer in the driveway, and this keeps the leaves and debris out. Much cheaper that a true boat cover, but perfect width.

Good tarp but...
I found it was scratched up pretty easily. Not as durable/sturdy as other tarps I have. So returned.
