This bench is perfect for my purposes. It's lightweight (light enough to haul in and out of my basement) and sturdy. Just a few things to note:- If you're over five feet five inches tall, this is not the bench for you. Too small for the tall gifted individual!- Unfortunately a part was missing (part #4, which plays a critical role in attaching the top of the bench to its legs)Though it was a bit of a struggle to get the part from the manufacturer, they held to their word and shipped the part from China. Before contacting them about the missing part, I searched local hardware stores and online, but the part was too specialized.I recommend this bench with fingers crossed that all parts are included in your shipment.

It was pretty easy to assemble. Turned out looking great in my basement and super steady! I'm impressed by the quality and it is so much better than the cheap one I owned which was eventually falling apart. Recommended for anyone that needs a wfh-workout equipment!Update after using for 3 weeks: looking neat and working great for me!

Ok here is the thing the bench is decent quality light weight so it can be moved from place to place easy to assemble I mean very easy. Now the bad so I got this bench to use in multiple ways but especially to do hip thrust with, ok my problem is it's way tall and the bench on me hits way above shoulder blades I'm 5'4 and to have to put pull up with my elbows I'm sure it can be done oh and I did but some how kinda hurt myself trying so here are my two cents tall people or slightly taller than me people great bench short people maybe not lmfao my feet dangle when I sit on it 2 lol.

I was a little worried about this purchase because of shipping delays. I started wondering to myself is MaxKare was real, and if they were even sending me something. It arrived today and I can't be happier with it. I've assembled my own bench before and this one is much sturdier. I can't give it five stars (yet) because I haven't used it, but the packaging was great, the instructions were simple, the assembly was a piece of cake, and the finished bench is light. It's exactly what I need for what I plan to do with it. Thanks, MaxKare. Looking forward to the next order coming soon!

When it arrived, some of the pieces broke loose from the shipping straps. I thought I would have a mess that needed to be returned but everything was there and nothing too damaged. A few minor scratches on the metal paint but nothing I'm concerned about. Directions were just ok but there weren't a lot of pieces so assembly was easy. After assembling, which took about 20 minutes taking my time, the bench is great and sturdy. I don't do any major lifting anymore so what I use it for will be perfect. If I was younger and benching/lifting heavy weight, I would opt for a more sturdy bench which would cost twice or three times the price. For the price range, this bench is hard to beat. Overall good buy. Don't over analyze, just buy it.

I liked how simple its construction is. Its directions thou really small still were managable and readable and I put it together in 15 mins max.I used it for like an hour with 55 lbs dumbbells and it held well. I didnt feel like it was going to break at any point.For the money spent. Its not a hardcore gym bench. Expect those types flat benches in the 150s dollar range but in this price range its reasonable and its very durable.If your strapped for cash this price point for this product I recommend!

My husband likes it. Easy to assemble, comes with ready assembled set. Good for work out at home these days in Pandemic period.
