needed a different sim for my phone these weren't compatible
All 4 sims say they are not compatible with my phone I contacted Tello on chat and they responded immediately. They gave me the right SIM card number I need. So check with Tello first on what sim number you need. My phone needed a number that began with GLW these start with OLW. Sadly amazon doesn’t sell the sim I needed. Their price was better than Tello. I ended up ordering the right sim and will try again. I updated to 4 stars because since I wrote this review tello reached out to me to solve the problem and to offer to send correct sim. I explained I already talked to someone in customer service and ordered the right sim from another website. Excited to try tellos service.

Don't buy this
I have been a Tello customer for three years. I bought a new, unlocked LG G7 fit knowing it would be compatible with their network. It was. So I bought this kit after they recommended it, believing one of the four sim cards would work. It didn't. I had to buy the right one from them directly for $10.Once I paid for the new sim I was directed to another web page with the activation instructions, which this kit does not contain. It turns out I was not supposed to have the phone powered up during this process. But nowhere in their troubleshooting guide do they tell you so.It's only $7 I'm out, as returning the thing is not worth the hassle. But it's a pattern of deceptive business practices with this provider I've experienced again and again.Tello's wireless service is a good deal in certain situations, but I am on the verge of taking my monthly payment elsewhere. I don't like their shell game shenannigans.

Works for my iphone SE 2020!
This kit comes with 4 sim cards and the SIMOLW516TQ sim worked for my new iphone SE 2020. Tello's customer service is very good - prompt responses with detailed instructions on how to switch phone on its website. I have been using Tello for years and am happy with its service. It uses Sprint network and offers flexible plans. This kit is the best price I can find for my new phone and I am glad that one of the sim cards worked. It only took a few minutes to get the phone swapped.

Didn't work for me on Pixel 3XL
Tried unsuccessfully to activate the phone with no success. Had at least six tech inquires which were promptly answered but proved to be of little help. Gave up and canceled service.
