It does what it's suppose to do and fits with versatility to spare.

I have used multiple different desk mounted monitor arms, and this one is definitely a bit sturdier than most. The design helps to ensure that things stay where you want them, which is great after you have it setup, but it does make quick adjustments a little more work. Overall, I would pick the better stability over the quick adjustment option with less stability, so I really like this one.

4-stars to show I'm a real reviewer.I originally purchased MountUp's Model MU001; however, the pole provided is too short to get my 24" monitor at a comfortable viewing height. The arm with the MU0025 provides the ability to increase the height adjustment to a better viewing angle. While the #25 model costs a bit more, I think it works better and would be my recommended purchase if asked.On the downside, there's more vibration transferred to the monitor with the MU0025 arm than with the MU001 -- not a deal breaker for me, but something to consider particularly if you have a web cam attached to your monitor (I don't).I've got the entire rig attached to a Flexispot adjustable standing desk which is working great. With the MU0025 I have both the mouse/keyboard and the monitor in good ergonomic position.

The mount was utilized to elevate a 30 inch monitor so that I would have more space on the desk. First a few good points on the arm. It's very well constructed and it's easy to assemble the desk portion. (Keep in mind this doesn't fit all desk type so be sure to consider how much space you have underneath the desk if you have any metal crossbars that might hinder the assembly of the base. If you have metal crossbars you may wish to consider a grommet assembly (this will mean drilling a hole)) All the hardware are included including instructions on how to assemble to a curved vs flat monitor.The main issue was the arm installation. (Be aware the wire clip is plastic so do not put too much force on it to slide it down the pole). The instruction for the swivel arm states "Just tighten the bolt, do not over tighten it in case the case aluminum part could be damaged. <-- this here is a problem. First the bolt doesn't tighten well because the swivel arm assembly isn't purely metal. Second, the paint has been sprayed onto the bolt as well so you are essentially forced to break part of the paint because the bolt was paint glued shut. There also isn't a hex nut on the other side of the bolt so essentially you are turning with a lot of strength to try to tighten something that wasn't going to move very much. If you don't tighten it the assembly actually slide down the pole on its own weight (imagine if you have a monitor on it).This is why I gave it a 3 star. It's a good product but may need some better QA process at the factory so that paint isn't willy nilly sprayed over the bolt and that it can be tightened without hurting your hand with the included Allen Key.

It's s decent stand but I have two issues with the design. First, the monitor isn't very stable even if you tighten the arm. Slight movements will cause the screen to shake. It's pretty annoying. Second, the way the arms are designed it's not easy to mount on a desk right up against the wall without have the arms shifted to the side. This limits the movement and positioning of the screen. Would be better for you if your desk wasn't up against a wall. If I could do it over I'd stick with the standard monitor mounts on a pole. They are much more stable.

I was a little hesitant at first to buy this monitor arm at the price; I didn't want to go super expensive but wanted something that was going to last and be a good product (stable, well built, etc.).I read the reviews and then ordered this monitor arm.I received the arm and the instructions were super simple to process and the arm was put together in no time. I needed to mount a 27'' monitor that's probably about medium weight, and after adjusting the tensions the arm works exactly how I wanted, no droop, everything feels pretty precise when positioning, no issues holding the monitor up.The weight of the materials for the arm was nice and all the pieces looked to have good craftsmanship, no stripped bolts or anything when putting the arm together.I've had the arm now for 7 months now and no issues. I move my arm all the time to make room for my laptop from work.Recently I had misplaced my Allen keys to adjust the arm's tension and height. I contacted MountUp and their customer service was prompt and excellent. They were able to work with me and were able to send me out a new set of Allen keys, which I greatly appreciate.To me this is a 5/5 product.

I bought this product for the arms. I already have a tall poll to mount them on, but wasn't sure if the diameter would fit with the arms.Prior to buying I reached out to the manufactuar via email for the diameter of the poll that comes with the kit. The diameter specifications were not available on their site or here on amazon. They responded to my email within in the same business day with the diameter of their provided poll.I have the arms stretched out a decent distance from the mounting poll. They tend to sway a small distance, but there is no concern over the arms moving from the initial position I set them up in.5 stars for customer service and product quality.
