Unable to access video portion if purchased from amazon.
The book is an excellently written. The content is comprehensive and the diagrams and photos are above average. Unfortunately, if you purchase this text from Amazon, you are not able to access the videos associated with the text. When you call McGraw Hill, they simply say they cannot control what is accessible when you buy from a third-party. Keep in mind, this book was brand new in plastic. Would not recommend buying this text from Amazon.

Videos not accessible
Book is excellent BUT the videos which are supposed to be accessible are NOT. They are only accessible if the book is bought from McGraw HILL. That's the reason for my 1 star. It is misleading for the back cover of the book to say that videos are accessible when in reality they are NOT.
