FITS NICE
I read reviews about this is an over the calf sock instead of crew sock. Just don't pull it up as far as it will stretch, and it is height of a crew sock. And, a lot more comfortable. Been a while since I wore Gold Toe. WOW what I have been missing. These feel great. My Podiatrist had convinced me to wear diabetic socks provided by VA FREE. They were thin and comfortable but nothing that special. These are even better, with just enough padding. Plus they come in great colors. White socks that I was wearing are a fashion NO NO with shorts I found out. I am now comfy and fashionable as an old man can get. LOL!!

True over the calf socks that look great and wear well!
These are true over the calf socks, which is not always the case for many manufacturers who make that claim. They are also thick and comfortable, suitably stretchy so they are not hard to get on, and they stay up well. I've washed them 6 or 8 times now and both the color and fit are holding up well thus far. I'd definitely recommend them!

Crew sock is high and varies.
These well made socks are comfortable. My only issues is that height on the leg is consistent. I have only worn two pairs. The first was 3/4 up my leg ... more than mid calf high, The second pair went to just below the new. I do not consider either of these to be "crew" height. I will keep the socks - but I am surprised at the variability of the crew height.

Finally I found the Good Toes I had been looking for for awhile. The men in the family really find these comfortable and attractive.

The fit and quality have gone downhill. I shall donate my socks and look for a new brand to support.

Nice socks but not much stretch ankle to calf.
I have an issue with the last few purchases of gold toe mens socks. Both for my father and my husband the socks from ankle and up are overly tight. They have very little stretch. Neither man is overweight.

Great socks, very comfortable
I bought many pairs of Gold Toe socks and all of them are awesome! They fit well and are very comfortable. Gold Toe socks last a very long time. Highly recommended.
