This is my second magnet and I love it so far. My first was a 400lb single sided, so I upgraded to this double sided and I am very impressed. It is heavier to throw, but not bad, and my 7 and 9 year old love pulling it in. Good quality rope and gloves came with it which is a bonus.

Magnet worked perfect and I dragged lots of metal items from the lake/river. But the gloves stink and it took forever to wash the nasty smell off my hands. I threw the gloves in the trunk and the car smells like skunk the rubber is NASTY. But the magnet is AMAZING! The cord is thick and strong.

This magnet set is AMAZING! Everything you need to start out. The gloves are a great quality and perfect so you dont hurt your hands. The rope is thick and excellent quality. The pull weight of the magnet is great.

This magnet doesn’t perform as advertised. I have a 625lbs magnet that is much more powerful than this one. Don’t expect to land more than a bottle cap with this magnet. Also note, it is non refundable! Very disappointed!

I lose a tool off my dock. That was my excuse for buying this. I got my tool back. Be careful this magnet is strong. Once attached it does not want to let go.

Stout magnet for the price.

This fishing magnet is advertised to have a combined lifting force of 1700lbs when it actually has perhaps 10lbs if that. What a bunch of liars and thieves. I dont want to give it any stars but it wont post without at least 1

The magnet got stuck on a rock and when pulling up it snapped the rope and tried to see how much weight it holds and a shotgun shell came off easily. Not very strong magnet and poor rope strength

Doesn't pick up anything really.... had to buy a different magnet that is smaller but picks up way more, you also can't return it, so other than the rope and gloves.... waste of money

This is not my first fishing magnet however it is the worst.Do not waste your money.It can barely stick to the fridge let alone pick up objects of any mass.I actually threw it away I was so upset.I actually can't recommend any magnets on Amazon as this was my first. I'm extremely disappointed. For the money I paid I should be bragging how awesome it is not how bad its performance was.

Thing is a POS!! Doesn't pick up anything bigger then a nail or a single key.Full set of car keys. Good luck.Waste of money..

It came relatively quick. And is strong. Works?well in the water. I like the fact its encased in steel. The magnet itself is well protected.
