Every now and then you may not eat enough fiber and that can be a real issue for people over 55! I try to eat fiber with every meal but now and then I need this to get things moving again. One package in some water (I put it in a full glass of water) seems to do the trick. This is very gentle as far as I can tell and nothing like pills I've taken before that made me really sick. I'm glad I keep this on hand because I had a pain in my lower right side of my gut and I took one packet and within a day I felt so much better. I eat a lot of fiber but still sometimes I must not drink just the right amount of water to overcome my diuretic pills. When I drink this mixed into a full bottle of water and then more water it works! I'm getting a third box to keep around for these types of emergencies! The powder dissolves easily and the liquid is easy to drink once the powder is all mixed in with the little stirring stick.

Had to get this for a colonoscopy and drink 117 grams of MiraLAX with 32oz of Gatorade...the first 32oz went down fine but the second 32oz was a struggle. It is definitely tasteless, but that amount of MiraLAX did make it thicker. But I guess it worked along with two doses of Dulcolax. This was cheaper option. I actually bought the box of 10-packets, and that box of 10 is 117 grams total but I did not calculate it out first so just bought this bottle...much better deal per ounce.

It was very convenient for traveling and it worked as it does when using it at home.

Lucky us! If you are one of the occasionally “clogged” people, welcome to the club which is why you are reading this review. You know, it is somewhat difficult to rate a product like this due to the fact that everyone has a different digestive system. I’m at the age where my list of meds reads like a pharmacy. You know what I mean. Since I take so many meds, the problem I’m facing is that most of them cause constipation. So when I’m visiting one of my cornucopia of doctors, I asked all of them what to take, other than a prescription. Well when all three doctors independently recommend Miralax I figured there was a method to their madness. I know it was more expensive but purchasing these pre Measured packets just made it easier for me not having to first measure. I guess I’m lazy but these are just ready to use plus you can place a packet in a pocket, (hey that’s a good one!) and take it with you without having a spoon or a container with the powder. One quick note, these packages come with wooden stirrers. Okay let’s get down to the nitty gritty. When I have a problem, I pour the packet into any liquid I happen to be drinking. For the most part it is pretty tasteless like my mother in laws cooking. Since we are all different, I find that about 75% of the time it works. When it doesn’t, I reach for a prescription medication. I hate to admit it but yesterday I prepared a double whammy. I poured a packet into a large glsss of prune juice. I figured if one didn’t work the other one did. Well I am proud to say that it did work and off to the special seat with a magazine. So why didn’t I give it five stars? I did that because it might work differently on me than it does for anyone else. If you don’t carry a spoon and not a fan of carrying powder and carrying a measuring cup, this is a practical solution. Have a good day and good pooping to all of you!

Don’t wait- comfort is on its way! The powder dissolves easily in water or juice and is pretty tasteless, which I appreciate — no choking down chalky drinks or weird flavors. Most of the time I notice results within 24–48 hours, and it’s gentle rather than urgent or crampy. That’s a big deal for me, because I want relief, not a wrestling match with the bathroom.
