The mixed reviews on the olive oil hybrid 12"We're scary. I'm not sure if some customers got a dud or simply didn't find it comfortable. I ultimately decided on this based on positive reviews, product description and past experiences with the manufacturer. I also needed the payment plan option which influenced my choice.First please make sure you unroll the mattress with the patterned side up. I didn't and paid the price having to wrestle it over to the other side.I was concerned about reports that the corners didn't inflate. At first it seems like they won't but 24 hours later the mattress is perfectly shaped.It was so comfortable to sleep on. The springs provide a slight bounce but not enough as to disturb my husband when getting up.This king mattress replaced a 5 year old zinus gel foam 10". The old mattress was still ok but I wanted to try the hybrid and I do prefer the new one.My "beef" with memory foam is the lack of bounce.There's no give to memory foam which is weird to me. The hybrid solved that issue for me.Both of us are pleased with the purchase.So far so good.

I liked my first Zinus purchase for the guest bedroom so much I ordered this mattress for the main bedroom. I love this mattress. It has a plush top, but still provides the firmness I wanted. It arrived in perfect condition, securely packaged and wrapped. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and will recommend Zinus to anyone. Be aware that the thickness of the mattress will determine how "soft" it is. The 8 inch mattress in the guest bedroom is not a plush top and has a more firm support. This 12 inch hybrid is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for a great product, Zinus.

This is very good mattress. Compared to our $3000 bed it is great. We bought it after my husband was in the hospital and he was in the bed for a few months. It has great support for back and side sleepers. You can turn and flip and not affecting person next too you. It’s firm but plushy and soft in same time. I am recommending this mattress!

Was nice at first. Now it feels like you’re sleeping in a hole. Started sagging within months and now is sitting at the curb waiting to be picked up by the garbage men. Contacted support at Zinus and they offered a new one once it came into stock. Have been waiting a month. Horrible customer service and they BS their warranty, you will never get a replacement.. I would stay away from this company.

We bought this on sake in December and would have to say this is a great mattress for the price, definately on the firm side. It took a couple of days to rise to the full height, and there was a littke odor that took a few days to disapate, but after a month of using it, I would give it five stars. My wife says she has never slept better, and there is no movement to wake her up when I get up ( I am an early riser).

After 72 hours of being unwrapped and put on the floor to inflate, this mattress has a bulging middle and low corners that are only 10" high, while the middle is 12". The corners didn't inflate to the 12" thickness even after 2 weeks of the mattress being unpacked. It is a very firm and sort of bouncy mattress though it was supposed to be the medium feel, according to the product description. Uncomfortable to sleep on due to the bulging middle that is , again, very firm. Doesn't look like a good quality but rather looks defective. Sending it back is a problem as Amazon wants us to pack it back into the box it came in! This mattress was factory rolled, impossible to compress and put it back in it's original packaging. It was very difficult to resolve this issue with the Customer Service. They don't want to pick it up but requiring us to somehow put it back into it's original packaging that could only accommodate compressed and flattened mattress. Unrealistic demands by The Customer Service. Extremely disappointing transaction!

My decision to purchase the Zinus mattress was definitely the right decision one who shops for the better product. The cost was a $1000 plus cheater than checking at mattress stores. The comfort is awesome. I have a very bad back requiring a lot of bed rest constantly. The Zinus mattress has helped with the pain but I am getting better sleep, less waking up. So glad I made this purchase.

I have ordered it in November 2020, paid just under $300. I love this mattress. If you like very soft one it’s not for you. Now I have another home on my property and want to buy the same thing but the price is over a hundred dollars higher!!! Well. I’m going to have to look something else.
