REDCAMP Nylon Compression Stuff Sack, 10L/17L/27L/40L Lightweight Sleeping Bag Compression Sack Great for Backpacking, Hiking and Camping,Blue/Yellow/Army Green/Black

I used a Medium stuff sack for my 0 degree women’s regular (for women 5’6” and under) sleeping bag 650-fill-power duck down. It was a squeeze! I definitely did it in under 3min the first time no problem. Actually roll your sleeping bag before you try getting it in. Do not just stuff it in. Watch a 2 min YouTube video if you need to! The seems are stretching but this product held up great! I have used lots of different gear and brands. Almost always get my sleeping bag in a medium stuff sack with the seems stretching in the picture, this is normal to me and I have never had a stuff sack rip. I go backpacking so I definitely need the room in my backpack and will always use a medium for my winter sleeping bag. The Green stuff sack is an Off Brand (I think by REI) size small that has my 20 degree underquilt (sleeping bag). This is for size comparison. Hope this helps! See ya out on the trails my friends!

My son went to Sumer camp and lost his stuff sack for his sleeping bag. So I ordered this as a replacement as he is in Boy Scouts and camps frequently. He is 12 going on 13 and refuses to listen to adults because he knows everything. Having said that, I showed him how to use this stuff sack, which he more than likely ignored.I thought this stuff sack is a bit on the light side, with very thin material and janky stiching. No big deal for the price, just be careful when cinching this bad boy down. Now, back to my son. After three Boy Scout outings, one strap was pulled out of the stitching. Knowing my son, he did not listen to my instructions, pulled too hard on these straps, and now we have a broke stuff sack.The only thing I will say, I cannot attest to the durability of this product if carefully used. However, this sack is very light and made of thin material. That makes me think that even though I have a pre-teen that knows more than Stephen Hawking, I would bet it is only a matter of time before this stuff sack breaks, regardless of the operator. I would definitely not buy this product again. Spring for something with better quality. Other reviewers have noted the same problems.

I got this 40L bag and I was concerned I wasn't going to get my zero degree sleeping bag in there but it fits perfectly. I can't see how the bag could be any lighter, yet the material seems strong enough. We've only stuffed the sleeping bag in there 3 times and we try to make sure not to cinch the buckles to create too much stress. I couldn't find one this size for a better price any where I looked. My son is going to Philmont for a week of hiking so I'll update if he comes back with a mess.

What a difference! Makes my REI down time 0F bag more manageable! My sleeping bag now fits in my pack horizontally now which is amazing. Happy I can get away with a less expensive sleeping bag but not compromise on space thanks to this product. We’ll have to see how the straps hold up over time but it’s inexpensive enough that I can buy a new one if needed. Feet in the photo are for size comparison 😉. Ordered a size M for my sleeping bag and it fits just the same as the original stuff sac.

Great quality of materials. Compression design is nice. Sizing is off. The size chart says it will fit up to 2.8 kg sleeping bag. Mine is 2.7kg so I decided to go up a size xxl. That particular chart doesn't include capacity. But you would think for sure there would be room. It was a pain in the butt to get the bag in and it BARELY fit. My other sleeping bag which is just a tiny bit larger doesn't fit. Furthermore why not make an opening that the bag can actually go into easily and then compress? If your like me and you are looking for a nice bag that is sturdier and easier to fit the bag into than the ridiculous one the sleeping bag comes in, then can never fit back into again, you will be disappointed. This is equally hard to get in the bag. I really wanted to love and keep this item, because it's well made and the rest of the design is great. But I don't want the frustration.

I bought the small size sack advertised as 7 inches wide and 16 inches long. i measure 6 inches wide and 13 inches length.would have been a 5 star rating if it had been the advertised size. The only reason i don't give it less stars or return it, is because it still works to fit and my sleeping bag (just barely, and with a bit of work). But for the price, as long as it holds up for an upcoming month long section hike, I will be satisfied. Edit: after over a month and a half in the PNW, it held up just fine. No seam splitting

I really like the options on deciding size, very descriptive upon ordering. I bought two bags. Stuffed two of exact same sleeping bags. One worked and one ripped at one of the straps. Perhaps I may have pulled harder than I should yet these are "compression" sacs and feel they should not tear regardless. The bag that held up continues to very well even after many times packing and unpacking. I'm overall still happy with the product yet just be a little more gentle using it.

My kids take my sleeping bags camping with them. The bag comes back but the case disappears along the way. Don't get me started. I bought this to use with a down sleeping bag. It was the first time I'd really used a "compression" bag and this thing is amazing. Really impressed with the quality and feel like it will do well in the outdoors. It's been on once trip and so far so good. Felt like it was a little expensive but seems worth it for the quality.

Works great for what I need! Removed my tent from its original carrier are compress it down in this. Way easier to pack on backcountry trips

Perfect for my heavy sleeping bag. The large fits one half of my queen size sleeping bag. It's nice to be able to only take one half of it while camping by myself
