After one of my sharpest chef knives slipped out of one of those cheap plastic covers and cut me, I decided to look for something a little more safe. This works even better than I expected, and fits perfect

Does a great job of protecting my Santoku knife. The only issue is that my knife has cut through the strap that secures the handle and holds the knife in place fairly quickly. Not a big problem for someone cooking at home but something to consider if you were thinking of purchasing one to move your knife around a lot, such as a workplace setting. It could become a safety issue or even cause damage to a knife improperly secured. I feel like this issue could be easily solved with a longer strap that is secured to the backside or the bottom of the back so that you can clear the strap to pull out the knife.

Exactly what I needed 👍. I ordered the 9 inch chefs knife sheath for a chefs knife I have that’s about 8 and a half inches. I suggest getting a sheath just a little bigger than the knife is and it’s perfect.

This is a great knife for the chef in the family. Well made top notch knife.

We bought a very nice knife very sharp to use in the kitchen. We bought this to protect it, but also ourselves.

I noticed fabric particles in my knife every time I’ve ever pulled it out. The knife is sharp but I don’t yank it out, but I still see that it cuts the fabric. It’s sturdy but could be better.

Was pleasantly surprised on the quality. Especially for the price.They also included a drying cloth I've been using to dry all my nice knives - great bang for your buck w/ these.I felt like all the alternatives were overpriced.

Pas terribles le scratch pour tenir le manche ne tient pas et pas de martire pour protéger les coutures.
