It was easy to assemble and fitted nicely in M'lord's 3X 50 gallon enclosure(s). He strongly approved of this item as he immediately made a beeline for it and nibbled at it. He also enjoys climbing on the posts and soliciting that he wishes to be received from his enclosure for his evening free roam via these posts. He also likes finding his weekly treat in the provided cup.M'lord approves of this gift so I must give it five stars on his behalf.

I was actually very disappointed in this product. Everything came with no damage that was great, however it was super flimsy, I broke one of the wood pieces while putting it together. I also was very disappointed that it was so small. The wood cookies attached to the “trunks” were so tiny. It said this was for chinchillas , hamsters, rats, and guinea pigs and anything bigger than a dwarf hamster can not fit on this thing. It’s horrible. The only thing good was that it was easy to put together.

(used for a male syrian.) very fast shipper: i will purchase from again. no bugs/insects on wood when shipped, and thoughtfully packaged to protect item. thankyou!! :) edit: i personally added some ground moss from amazon.com for "ham" aesthetics.

Was easy to put together and my hamster loves running up amd down. We set it up like stairs to get to another level of the cage. He uses every part of it. Was just what I was looking for.

I have not had the best luck ordering natural/wooden hamster toys/fixtures/etc. from Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised that this came without any damage and looked as good as the picture! I am very happy with this purchase - I will end up ordering another for my other cage. Highly recommend.

We have 3 male young rats. They climb all over this constantly. It’s one of their favorite toys. The “bridge” part is too small for them to hide under, but they climb over it.

Quality of the wood is lacking. The base of it looks like plywood. Its loosely constructed with small metal pieces and staples. It comes apart easily and the metal pieces are dangerous to their teeth and could potentially be swallowed!
