Efficient and Effective
Arrived on time, well packaged, very compact, lightweight and frustration free to setup. There is a slot to easily fit the pump, without any aggravation. It is ideal for cooling our bedroom which can be heat oppressive. It also has a brilliant room temperature display, so you know whether to increase or decrease the fan speed. It quickly provides an effective comfortable atmosphere, almost instantly reducing room temperature. The instruction booklet made us contemplate getting a 'guide dog,' as the print was very fine! The noise level is no more than an ordinary fan on high. We also love its versatility, at being a cooling or heating appliance. Overall, it is good value for money. Thanks to the seller.

Great for summer months .
All set up. Really great. Keeps you cool. Really pleased with it. Although it's not an actual aircon unit it does a good job of keeping room cool rather than having to use all my fan previously. It's also really good value.

Good fan
Easy to set up and use, despite vague instructions. Works well and takes the temperature down a couple of degrees. Fairly light and easy to move around.

Nice to look at, small, compact and easy to store in a neat little corner somewhere, but looks don't keep you cool. Very poor design. Takes ages before you can feel any cold air from it, I put it on for the first time in my bedroom last night on night mode, and it kept going off after seconds, then it'd come back on, then off again and so on....the blue light stayed on during night mode which it should have gone off so the blue lights don't keep you awake..I had to put a sock over it to darken the room. I lay down and then I noticed a very irritating, constant click coming from the fan. It's just rubbish. Save your money. I would not recommend.

Don’t expect Antarctica
Good little machine, does cool the air, can’t fit large ice blocks in so we bought some more, also works as a heater, don’t expect Antarctic cooling but for the money we all find it useful

This heater is great!
The heat this kicks out is great. Just what we needed in our office. I sometimes have to turn it off as I get too hot. However I cannot comment on the cooler until the summer gets here, but I would think it would be as efficient as the heating side.It would be nice if it was a little bit quieter but you do seem to forget that its there after a while.
