First impressions are great!
I just got the the tv yesterday evening. setup was easy and within 10 minutes, I had the 2 feet mounted and had the Android system setup. So far, I've had time to put it through it's paces and I've been very impressed. Mind you, my living room TV is a Samsung Curved QLED 65 inch high end tv which I frequently go back and forth using.Interface: I love the Android interface, I'm used to it with my NVIDIA Shield. It's very responsive, the quick loading Netflix, Google Play, Amazon buttons load quick enough to keep my impatience at bay. I did notice that there seems to be an art to make sure the tv receives the remote transmission. This doesn't bother me as I'm not generally in a rush to change things on the tv so a missed button press or a re-aiming of the remote doesn't bother mePicture: Out of the box, the picture is fantastic. The colors look rich and full and the HDR really emphasizes the bright areas. On loading the Android OS, I noticed the back lighting. But when there is content on the screen, I didn't see that it had any unintended hot-spots on the picture. This is on par with my Samsung tv for sure.I fired up Doom on my PC, set it to max settings at 4k and I was blown away with the crisp, beautiful images displayed by this screen. As it's on my desk and I was about 5 feet from the screen, I couldn't see any pixels or in-perfections in the picture.Gaming: Premo! Like I said previously, the picture is fantastic and the latency appears pretty low. Moving around in Doom, the display didn't have any issues keeping up with the refresh of the computer. Who needs a 500 dollar computer screen when you can get this baby!I want to hook this up to my PS5 (when it comes out) and I will update of any changes.Sound: Meh. I don't care the sound is tinny and lacking any bass. I am going to hook it up to a speaker system and mute the onboard speakers anyway or get some blue tooth headphones.for 225$, this is an absolute no brainer buy. I was nervous at how cheap it was but it had all the features I wanted at the right size. I'll add any updates if something changes.

Not built to last
It was a great TV, and I figured it would last me quite a bit of time. Most TV's usually go for about 5-7 years, right? This one lasted 2 years. Another friend purchased this exact model only a few months after I got mine, her's has also died a little over a week ago. It could just be a freak coincidence but I doubt it.The good: the picture quality IS great and the TV does get quite bright if you need it to be. It's relatively simple to set up.The bad: it says it's compatible with Alexa but it isn't. If you've turned on the bluetooth power feature (where turning on the TV turns on any bluetooth device connected to it, like a game console, and vice versa) it will override Alexa at all turns. Alexa will acknowledge the command and will perform it, but the TV will not respond. The remote is quite slow at times to respond and it needs to be quite close to the receiver. There was absolutely no support for this device whatsoever; when I reached out for an earlier issue, I was actually given a Skype handle and asked to message them. Who even uses Skype anymore? The device will randomly turn itself on. I've disconnected ALL bluetooth devices, taken the device off of WiFi, and just let it stand alone on it's own. For about two weeks or so, it would just....turn on. At first I thought maybe Satan was trying to come through, and then I remembered, it's just how the TV works. And then, just like that, it just stopped happening. I'm not sure what it was. Conclusion: It's a TV if you need one. But please, cough up the money and get yourself a Vizio, a Samsung, or a Sony.

85" TV
TV arrived in perfect condition. Not a scratch on the box. Thank you to the shipping company.TV unboxing was easy and I put on the legs to set it on top of my huge stereo cabinet because I thought it would fit, but the legs were too long (Front to back) and hung over both ends. So, I bought a 150lb. wall mount and installed it to make it secure. This TV weighs 123 pounds. This tv works great and is SUPER BRIGHT. To get the black levels to be correct I had to really back it down. When the black levels are all the way to black it is still a bright tv, which is great. You can load KODI and other apps to really make it do what you want. The only issue I can find is that when you go into the input 3 the screen reduces about 1 1/2" all the way around. I have looked for the solution in the settings, but so far I haven't found it. I haven't tried all of the inputs yet. Just input 1 which is fine and input 3 that has the border issue. The sound is pretty decent for tv speakers too. I do have a sound bar from my other tv so I am using that, but you could easily get by without one unless sound was a big deal for you.Great bang for the buck. Great large size that really fills up the room.

Beast mode
There are quite a few TVs at the 85in size that are far more expensive. Personally (even after lasik) I can't tell he difference in pixelation. Most 4k TVs are relatively awesome. I custom built my bar in the basement, and needed a TV that fit exactly in the slot intended (see pics). And the TV didn't disappoint. Colors are vibrant! A couple things I did learn is that you can't use a Sanus bracket (even though this TV is about 115 pounds and Sanus supports upwards of 130lbs). The bracket in the back has to be exceptionally large. The other challenge I had is that my local cable provider has a streaming app that only works on LG, Samsung and Roku TVs. So I had to purchase a Roku separately, but that was rather my miss. TV looks awesome, especially at this price point.
