Please don't waste your money. This does not work at all!! It was a cheap buy and I took the chance to try. It didn't do anything for me.

I took this many years ago and it was just the aid I needed to lose weight. It worked very well. Over the years, I let the weight creep back on. I started eating better and working out, but wasn't losing the weight I wanted to and was sick of feeling like I was starving. I couldn't find this in a local store, so I tried something else that was popular. It gave me serious migraines and didn't even curb my appetite. Waste of money - threw them out. Found my trusted Trimspa on Amazon and ordered it. I've only been on it a short time, but it's working already. I know my weight will be back where I want to be in no time. I have NO negative side effects at all. I am FINALLY NOT hungry! My mood is great, I have energy, I WANT to work out. I drink water all day long. I only eat healthy foods and I work out regularly. Like I said, this pill is the perfect aid. Alone it won't make you skinny. You have to work at it.

I used this because I love to eat at night and this helped me not want food! I don't think it gave me extra energy!

the product did reduce my appetite, but I had to make sure that I drank a lot of water for it to be the most effective. Results were not always consistent. It is however, better than other products I have used.

Not that I spent a whole lot of cash on it but it really did nothing to curb appetite or help lose weight.

read the reviews. Lots of great feedback so I tought what the heck. I did see some negatives, but more positives. I only need to lose these last 5 pounds and I thought this would help curb my hunger and speed up metabolism. I am taking 3 first thing in morning and following it up with 2 at midday. Not working. Zero extra energy and still hungry. I really hoped that this product would work.....

I absolutely love this product, which by now has become as essential to my health and well being as my thyroid medicine is. I started out almost 2 years ago at around 265 pounds. I dropped to 147 with the help of this product along with walking, squats, leg lifts (front and side), push ups, and a more Mediterranean and oriental menu for healthier food choices as opposed to the dreaded "Diet". That should be a four letter word and stricken from the dictionary, along with normal. This product works as long as you have decided to make Living Skillfully Changes, not as another quick fix. Don't get me wrong, with proper food choices, proper hydration and exercise ,no matter how minimal, you WILL drop weight with this product, but this product will work the best when used responsibly and seriously. You must be willing to change your life habits, stop berating yourself for failure and admit the real reasons without judgement upon yourself or those reasons, then and only then will this product work. I have gone up and down with my weight due to personal injury (old injury has caused serious nerve damage resulting in Fibromylagia, tearing of tendons and ligaments, stiffness of muscles accompanying Charlie Horses and muscle ticks, therapist says extendon tendons are "functional-less") and lack of motivation with depression, frustration,laziness, (I am only human after all), however, and curiously enough, I am still able to fit into my 10/11 sized pants and small shirts and size 7 !/2 shoe! Oh why the shoe size? Well, I lost foot size too!! I went from 8 1/2 to 7-7 1/2 shoe size. People didn't even recognize me who have known me for years!!WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! Failure to make better, healthier food choices, drink plenty of water and exercise will result in failure of this product!!!!

Only one star because you have to put in an order to leave a review.This is with eating right and going to the gym. Only lost 2 1/2pounds(Which is no difference weight loss from before i took trimspa). Think I was better off before. Also instead of suppressing my hunger, I actually felt hungrier than before the pills. Definitely a waste! On my second bottle of trimspa ( only because I had already bought it). Will definitely keep you informed.
