We absolutely love this stuff! I signed up for the subscription to get auto deliveries so we never run out. I always have two tubs one for the diaper area and one for the face and body. My son has really dry skin and has dry patches and this stuff works great! I put a cream on his face first then this over top his cheeks and chin as well as on his dry patches on body such as his hands and legs. He started eating actual food and is unfortunately getting diaper rash from certain things, and this is the only cream to help it. I do slather it on. It doesn’t dry the skin like other creams but clears the rash as well as creates a barrier while trying to heal. Texture is just like aquaphor and has no scent. Will continue to buy!

I’ve been using this Baby Ointment for my newborn, and it’s been wonderful! It works really well for soothing dry or irritated skin, especially in the diaper area. The fragrance-free and petroleum-free formula is gentle on baby’s skin, and I feel confident knowing it's safe and natural. It’s also great for dry scalp and drool irritation—something we’ve struggled with a bit. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the texture is a little thick, and I have to warm it up in my hands before applying it. But other than that, it’s been a solid product, and I’ll continue to use it for baby’s skin.

This was the most amazing quality product I’ve ever used that actually worked and could be used in multiple ways. I saw a difference in my baby rash the same day this product was applied. And it kept my baby’s hair moisturized without the greasy residue. I’m still sad they no longer sale products. I wish they would have gave us a year or two heads up then pushed products those final years because it’s been hard to find anything close to this clean product 😢

I had to update this review AGAIN.. because I absolutely love this product. My newborn has sensitive skin (like his parents) and had dry, patchy spots on his face. After using this product for a month, his skin is perfection. People comment about how perfect, soft and glowy his skin looks now. I love that it’s all natural and it really works! I’m big on ingredients and only purchase items if they’re the best for my baby. Also, My family now uses this stuff for our own skin! Better than the high dollar night creams in my opinion… I’m a customer for life. Take it from a VERY picky mom..this is a good product. **** update. I had to go back and change my review to 5 stars. After attempting to exchange the damaged product, I was directed to Maty’s customer care and within the same 24 hours of emailing the manufacturer.. they’ve already corresponded and confirmed a replacement! I’m impressed with this company.. and they really do have a great product. Maty’s has earned itself a life long customer. Initial post: I really want to give this five stars because I love the product. But the container has leaked since the day it arrived and I didn’t realize until two days after receiving that there is a large crack in the bottom! Non refundable or exchangeable.. I won’t be purchasing again.
