It actually works!
Started using this when a previously known product from another vendor became unavailable. Hot flashes have really been hard on me the last couple months. I started seeing the benefits after taking this for 3 days! I mix it with half coffee and half milk. Tastes good. The only downside is that this is a huge container and you get some of the mix on your hands when scooping it out. I did end up buying a little Hamilton Beach personal mixer to blend this better than just me stirring it. I wasn't getting it mixed well on my own. If you are going through menopause, this will really help!

Taste is good, quality is good
Taste is good, quality is good, grams-per-serving of protein is very good, and I have already re-ordered more. The sole issue I have is it is not fully soluble in milk, clumps and clings to side of the glass and requires both blender and hand-stirring to get as much of it to dissolve as possible. The product I used formerly (no longer available) dissolved better than this, but since this is a minor annoyance I am happy to continue with this.

Like the old GNC Soy 95
This tastes exactly like the old GNC Protein 95 that I've been in search of for years. Ice, soy protein, peanut butter and milk in the blender. All day energy. I found that soy protein mimicks an estrogen replacement without the downside so this is a win and my Dr. agreed. Great taste!

You know when it’s in there. Gritty
Gritty. I’ve used several different protein powders and have to say this is my least favorite so far. Used more than half the container and tried many different ways but it never seems to fully dissolve or just makes the drink taste so you know there is powder in there.

Good stuff.
Good stuff. Good source of soy protein, no cholesterol, no added sugar, amino acids. Nice chocolate flavor. My only issue is the gritty-ness. But, I suspect that is common with soy. Good product at a good price.
