In terms of vitamins and minerals, as well as price, it is among the best. Almost all vitamins are in active form and almost all minerals are in more bioavailable form. It has all common essential trace minerals except Iron, Vanadium and Boron. They have thought it well and rightly excluded iron from this since iron, in people who do not need to supplement it, can cause issues. I should not expect trace minerals and enough major minerals in bioavailable form (like Magnesium Glycinate) in single capsule since the latter need to be included in much higher amounts. Cons: Copper could have been given in Copper Glycinate form for better absorption. Amount of Chromium could have been enhanced slightly more. And, like their B-Colex C supplement, it could have 500 mcg Methylcobalamin instead of the current 2.2 mcg. Yes, there are binders and fillers which I do not like. However, I am presuming that in order to replace them with better alternatives, maybe, the price would have to be increased substantially. Overall, well-thought out and well-planned selection of vitamins and minerals in one capsule!

This multivitamin is exceptionally good. The only downside is it uses opaque white capsules which means it has titanium dioxide which is linked to dna damage and banned in Europe. India permits it but.. still It was my daily multivitamin but now I shifted to another which has transparent capsule shells

This is a multivitamin and is good for general deficiencies, but I do not tolerate many types of vitamins thrown at me all at once. So I safely tried and tested many of the isolated vitamins and their deficiencies, so that worked for me. But product wise, this multivitamin is one of the best in India. You'll know it when you see the ingredients, they are superior bioavailable ones, unlike others which just throw cheap oxide/sulphate formulas. It may have production issue. Some kind of unpleasant smell and burps. I also doubt about effectiveness.

I cannot digest most of the multivitamins available in market but this one definitely Easy On Stomach. I've seen improvement in energy levels in 1 week, I'll update more after few months of usage. There is no smell and the capsule is tasteless. I did feel little nausea on first day of usage but it went away next day onward. I have no complaints as of now.

I have just started using this supplement. There is no stomach problems when taking this with food. What I love about this is that it contains the natural form of vitamin B9 rather than the cheap synthetic Folic acid. Also, the vitamin B-12 form is the natural form rather than the synthetic Cobalamin. Even the mineral Magnesium is not in the cheap Magnesium oxide form which has poor absorption but as Magnesium biglycinate. I can go on and on about other vitamins and minerals forms in this supplement, which are all in the superior bioavailable form. I would highly recommend it. And another very important thing of this supplement that it contains no artificial colours which can cause neurological diseases or cancer in the long run.
