First Season I watched, Didn't Miss a Beat!
Admittedly, I'm a fan of the "sidekick" characters, with Robin being my favorite. So after watching through most of the original "Batman: The Animated Series" episodes, I was itching for more. I was excited to discover that another Batman show existed, but was disappointed to learn that the Boy Wonder didn't even show up until the fourth season. I watched the first episode of the show, was a little bored. I couldn't see myself watching through three more seasons just to get to the episodes I wanted to see. So ... I decided to just skip to the fourth season and watch from there. And am I glad I did!The fourth season starts by introducing us (and Batman) to Robin. Batgirl shows up in the second episode, and the two have officially joined forces with Batman by the end. The rest of the episodes feature the three teaming up and battling against the various villains of Gotham City. The season caps off with a two-part finale that introduces the Justice League. As a newcomer to the show, I really didn't feel like I was missing out on much by not watching the previous seasons. You get that there's backstory, like with Batgirl having worked with Batman previously, and definitely with Ethan/Clayface, but it's easy to follow along. The episodes are fun, Batman is younger than in previous versions, and more lighthearted, and Robin and Batgirl are tons of fun with their banter and sibling-like rivalry. We even get a little glimpse at what the future might be like for the three heroes in the episode "Artifacts."With the exception of the Joker (I really don't like this show's take on the character,) I liked most of the villains. I ended up liking this version's portrayal of characters like Penguin and Killer Croc more than I had in Batman: TAS. The show overall has a bit more kid-appeal than perhaps Batman: TAS did, but the plots are still engaging, as are the characters. Also, it doesn't feel like a re-tread of anything, since everyone is far earlier in their crime-fighting careers than in the previous show.Overall, I highly reccomend this season. I can't speak for the earlier seasons (which I obviously skipped over), but I think this is a very decent place to start the show. When you consider there's also the very engaging season 5 after this, there's plenty of Batman for everyone to enjoy.

Sidekicks & Teammates Heats Up Gotham In The Batman Series !
How far are you willing to go in order to get justice ? That is the question in The Batman Season 4. When Tragedy strikes that leaves a young boy named Dick Grayson orphaned enter Bruce Wayne aka The Batman who adopts Dick and a new hero is born. (Robin) Of course we know this story from Batman The Animated Series. The retelling story of Robin's origins story was a masterpiece. Meanwhile Harley Quinn enters the scene as The Joker's girlfriend/Crime partner and and the battle between Good & Evil begins. The Batman (2004) animated series is a great series but is no match for Batman The Animated series (1992) But I will say this : when it comes to The Batman series I thought it was great show this animated series started in Sept 11 2004 on Kids WB! and ended On March 8 2008. I don't know if The Batman Dvd's are available but if you can find them I say pick them up and Warner Bros Should Re-Release The Batman series as a complete dvd box set as for The Batman series I give this series a 5 Star Rating (Final Rating 5 Stars)

Great Season... but not a lot of Catwoman
EXCELLENT!!! work here on its own universe. I will not talk about the original animated batman by bruce timm because it was beyond excellent, and this Batman is also GOOD!!!!I have seen the series since season one and you can see how it has gotten better. The storylines are fresh, the takes are fresh, revamps of old enemies and allies extremely fit to today.Major Problem: in the episode rumors, at the end batman lets catwoman go.. and she thanks him without her mask... SINCE when she does that in this series... Maybe my DVDs are missing an episode, but I do not remember Selina showing her face in other episodes to the Batman. The introduction of Dick Grayson was fun, but i did not like the idea of Batman working now also with the JLA. That show we saw it already and it was too good to have been cancelled.Extras: the set is EXTREMELY poor on this department, so if you are looking for this part, sorry nothing here. Maybe in the future they could put a little effort into it. Take an example from the master of universe and princess of power sets which are FULL of extras...Otherwise another excellent season to complete my collection.
