Seam Came Apart on the Fourth Gig!
I recently purchased the Humes and Berg Galaxy GL543TP Companion Til-n-Pull bag. I am a jazz drummer, and use lightweight hardware for my four piece jazz kit. I am sorry to say that this bag's main seam, near the wheels, came apart on one side of the bag by approximately 5" to 6" inches; such (that without immediate attention) my hardware will begin to slide out of the bag when tilted and pulled. This happened after the forth use, and the bag travels in comfort, in a big, roomy car trunk. Also, the main handle (near the top bottom, used to tilt up the bag and pull-it), has a plastic support on the inside that wants to wiggle it's way out of the handle. I was able to wiggle it back in. It is for these reasons I would not purchase this bag again, and I am working on an exchange, though it's been over 60 days since purchased. We'll see.The bag is bigger and bulkier than I would have liked. There are many pockets on both sides of this bag, which may be great for some, but not for me. I don't carry small accessories (shakers, tambourines, etc), and my stick bag goes inside the main compartment, so the footprint of this case when packing, unpacking and traveling is much wider than I would prefer. There are two (optional use) hard, flat inserts that are length and height of the bag that can be velcro-attached to the main compartment to allow the bag to keep its shape that I do not use, as I like the smaller side without them. Although this bag can hold quite a bit more hardware than I place inside of it. (3 flat base cym stands, flat base HH stand, snare, pedal, seat and stick bag), I would not feel confident in the durability of this bag over even a short time.Unfortunately I can not give this bag a great review based on the seam coming apart and the handle issue (which, in fairness is minor). One star for me. Perhaps (and likely), I just got a bad bag; and perhaps this bag would wear well over time. It looks like it SHOULD. There is a utube video demo of this bag, btw.

Close to perfect. Would get 5 stars if it had an extendable handle instead of having to pull it with the straps. Other than that it's great
