Perfect for dummy cake. Covered it in black fondant and created a bottom tire tier.

This piece was a replacement for one I ordered that also had choppy edges. The package it came in was fully in tact both times with bubble wrap protection. It would be fine depending on your project but if you wanted to make a dummy cake this would not be good. Too many inconsistent edges each time.

The item was ok but came slightly damaged ie: not sharp edges, dings and small indentations which showed through the fondant I covered it in.

I ordered the 14" cake dummy. From the photo you can see that it does not look completely round, there are some irregularities, but its a good price and for what its for could suffice, if it wasn't too badly out of plumb so I gave it a try. When the first one arrived it had a few small ships in the edges on one side and a large chip on the other. I could have lived with damage to one side and used the good side up but with damage to both sides, I requested a replacement. The shipping box was not damaged but its possible the cake pan I also had in the box with the first one, although it was packed pretty good, could have knicked it. It also had cut lines in it like you could see whatever it was cut with made gouges in it the full height of the dummy. The replacement came and there was nothing wrong with this box either but the cake dummy was gouged so badly, it was completely unusable. It also had the "cut lines" in it so I just asked for a refund. I've ordered dummies in the mail from Amazon before I could just tell he quality of the cut was not there. Once I am at my phone I may try to update this review with photos, but I would not order this brand again due to these issues. Good thing I was jut replacing one I used in order to keep it on hand and didn't really need it or I would have been out of luck. I will spend a few more dollars for a little better quality.

We ordered a 14" Round cake dummy, and we received a 10" Round cake dummy, some one slapped a 14" sticker on 10" inch Round cake dummy, and shipped to me, the quality of foam is horrible, it's really bad shape it's out of Round bad.

If I didn’t Desperately need this for tomorrow I would be sending back . The foam is absolutely horrible looking and will be difficult to cover with fondant, and my package was in perfect condition so this was the condition it was in prior to shipping out. Not happy.

Wanted to use this to raise and support a cake for a wedding ( not sure if it will tilt the cake instead ). Product received was damaged on one side, also wasn’t cut straight. one side had a straight cut the other side had a hill like shape ... wouldn’t order for that price again, made in a hurry.
