I ordered these because My legs start to swell. I took 2 before going to bed at night, and in the morning I got skinny legs, so they really work. took them for a while, like 3 weeks, but now I don't have the problem anymore, but they are good to have. every time the legs swell up, I just take 2 of these.

It works well

Watch out. This product contains maltodextrin, which is higher on the glycemic index than cane sugar. In fact, it is up in the next category with high fructose corn syrup. Maltodextrin is used as a filler (to fill up the capsules), so every time you swallow one, you are swallowing maltodextrin. Air would be a much better filler. You can hardly eat anything without swallowing some air, so people have been swallowing air for a long time now, and it doesn't seem to bother anybody. So why not air instead? Maybe some people are silly enough to think they are getting cheated if the capsules aren't full of some solid, even if the solid is maltodextrin.
