The first thing one notices is that this device feels reassuringly solid in the hand. The next feature to notice (after pressing the "On" button) is the large, clear battery life display (it's a percentage, but only two digits so 99 is the maximum). Mine arrived fully-charged.There are four built-in cutting length settings, with a slider to select them (protected against accidental changes by a push button that needs to be depressed in order to move the slider). Three of the settings are visible above the slider, and pushing the slider all the way up reveals the shortest setting of 0.5mm. There are three clip-on attachments for longer cutting, which I have not used.Performance-wise, cutting is simple and effective. The battery lasts for hours, the device is quiet in operation, and charging is via USB, which is great for travelling (a cable is included, but no charger - at last, someone realises that we've all got drawers full of USB chargers and we don't need another!). The only issue is that the device is not waterproof, so you can't simply rinse it under the tap when finished.I bought this to replace a Philips device which died after about two years. The battery on that device had a life of about 30 minutes. There was no battery level indicator, so you risked finishing up looking ridiculous with the job half-done if the battery expired half-way. And the charger was built into a UK three-pin plug so not great for travelling. It was, however, waterproof.I surveyed what was available before purchasing, and all the brand-name devices suffered major shortcomings by comparison, particularly a battery life measured in minutes rather than hours, and (often) no battery indicator. All in all the Jomarto device is a quantum leap forward. The one thing I cannot comment on yet is its longevity (but, as I say, its brand-name predecessor only lasted two years, so this machine doesn't have too big a challenge to do better than that).And it's a great price too!

I was fed up walking around looking like a hippy and after having done some research, decided to purchase the Jomarto Mens Hair Clippers. I asked our son to help me and he tackled my unruly thatch after having drunk 4 bottles of beer (I was not aware of this at the time!) The clippers cut my hair without pulling , but we hadn't read the instructions properly and I looked quite bald at the end of the session. (We should have locked the blades before we started). Anyway, I am very pleased the way my hair is looking now, 2 weeks after my first cut in 3 months!!

Nothing to dislike, the trimmer arrived and within 30minutes my hair was cut right to a number 1 and looked goodThe kit is excellent, you can take anywhere, light to carry, fully rechargeable, with different sized cutting tools,...for the price I paid it was well worth the money..

The trimmer is comfortable to hold and the settings easy to adjust. The battery indicator is very clear. However, I have a fairly short beard and have found the trimmer to be less effective than other trimmers I've used in the past. It would probably be good for longer beards.

Very good but I was sent an used one!My machine was not new,even the oil was used,I was send 1/4 of oil bottle,the box open and not sigilated. But the machine is very silent and good. I recommend it!

This clipper is very easy to use,when it works the voice not too loud,and smooth to trimming the hair off.after finish my hair the battery life still have 85%.and the price is valueable,will recommend to my friends.

Great clippers for the price, ceramic blades are very good. Don't have the same issue as others with regards to the grading button. That good and a bargain price point that I am going to buy a spare set.

Happy with the clippers easy to use cause no cables to get in the way good battery does a good cut no dislikes would recommend.
