.8mm is a very thin chain. Look at the pictures. There is one showing the width next to a quarter.

Q: What is the exact measurement of the ring of this necklace? I have a small charm but the hole is very small. Want to make sure it'll fit.

The jump ring connecting rings for this necklace are very small, maybe 2 mm. I hope that helps so you can put your small charm on it.

Q: Is this pure sterling silver?

Yes, it is solid .925 Sterling Silver. Not plated Silver, solid Sterling Silver. "Pure" silver would be .999, but this is "pure" STERLING Silver Jewelry.

This is precautionary. We do not recommend swimming in or showering in Sterling Silver as it can tarnish quicker that is all.Silver tarnishes. It is also easy to de-tarnish. (contact me for a simple recipe for this).
