As the product is non stick, it works very fine. Though a little expensive in comparison to the normal moulds, worth the money.

It's ok
Can't beat the old metal ones I'm afraid. Oil must be super hot for the mixture to adhere to it. Not great results. My wife soon went back to the old style one as this seemed to cause more work over a hot stove than usually needed.
