For pressing with heat you need to change the temp to 270° and press for 10 secs

Can they be sublimated?

Absolutely. I purchased them expressly for sublimation and it works fine. I use 350f at medium pressure for thirty seconds. Time, temp, and pressure may vary depending on your heat press. I'm sure you're aware that it won't work on the dark aprons.
