TracFone$29.99 Basic Phone Plan, 120 Minutes, 90 Days [Physical Delivery]

I am replacing an older Tracphone with a newer model. But I've been unable to get started because the written instructions are very inadequate. So many processes are left unexplained. I have a PhD, yet cannot get enough clarity about how to proceed to get my new Tracfone working properly. The phone is now useless to me! So, how do I get thorough and complete written instructions?tractr

Bought 2 of these, neither of one of them worked, now I have to go through the aggravation of getting the seller to give me my money back and not charge me a return and or restocking fee. I wouldn't have given them any stars but, there was no option for that.These come as a 8x10 print out.I wanted to update my review to say that on 7/8/19 my son was finally able to get these to work, on his phone how I don't know, so I canceled the return but I still wouldn't purchase these again it just not worth the headace.

Now the second time buying this through Tracfone and got here fast. NO problems at all with adding "air time" minutes" to the phone. Will keep using HIGHLY RECOMMEND it PLUS 120 minutes for $29.99 compared to if you bought (1) 60 minute card for $19.99

I did not get a card. I got a PIN number- that did work, but if you're getting this for a gift, I wouldn't buy this. I was told by the seller that all I needed to do was put the PIN into the phone- yes, I'm aware of how PINs and TracFones work. I'll just pay more attention to the seller next time- but the piece of printer paper with the PIN (and other info) on it did work. Just wasn't happy with the presentation- the description said it was a card, and it was not.

This was not a card! We paid $40.75 and it came through with a price of $29.99 on it.

Do yourself a favor, buy a phone from anyone else. I added minutes and they deactivated my phone not only can they not fix it they don't know what they did. You would literally be better off tying a string between two cups then you would with using TracFone. They have arguably the worst customer service I have ever seen I have no called three times wasted 3 hours of my life I am never getting back and the secondary department that supposedly can fix this issue is never open I don't actually think they exist at this point and on top of that every time they schedule you a call back nobody ever calls you. TracFone is the absolute worst form of communication device known to man absolutely horrendous

Amazing to receive this card with a face value of $29.99 for $40.75! You got me. I officially feel stupid.

Like being able to buy these on Amazon for myself and as gifts to have here on hand just in case. Give one to a friend or relative so you can keep in touch more. Especially now.
