Not perfect, but priced right
Got this underwater housing and an EOS R to go with it a couple years ago. I've used it maybe 10 times or so now. My use case in infrequent, and that's really the market for this rig. It's not the nicest kit available, but it's the only game in town between GoPro and big money. Mine is currently kitted with an 8" dome port and some handles. I can't imaging trying to use this without a handle tray. I haven't used the flat port that this comes with, but it looks fine. The other must have is a cover to go over the front when you are transporting it.Make sure and learn how to clean and lubricate the seals so that you don't flood your case. If it does leak, odds are you did something wrong or something tiny got in the seal. Be careful not to stretch the O-ring seals when cleaning them. It's a good idea to practice a bit before going diving. It took a bit of work to find a zoom ring that would work with my EF 16-35mm F4L lens. There's a Seafrogs website our of Hong Kong that sells parts like zoom rings, extra seals, and other such things, but not this housing itself. The zoom ring it comes with says it's for the 24-105, but it didn't fit my Mark II version of that lens. That's fine as it's not a great lens for underwater owing to its weak MFD. It does seem to fit with one that is supposed to fit the 16-35 F2.8.At any rate, the zoom ring will sometimes slip off and not move the zoom during a dive. It takes a gentle touch, but it's nice to be able to change the focal length.I have the vacuum pump and adapter, which works okay for testing. It's not great that you can't leave it on for the dive, but you have to open it back up to seal it.At any rate, this product gets 5 starts from me because I'm bringing a set of expectations commiserate to the price point. If you need something fast that will be easy to get set up, you will be spending a lot more, or be disappointed. It's not perfect, but Seafrogs makes this kind of kit accessible at a price that I can afford. It would be unfair to compare it to a Sea&Sea where just a single lens port costs what a whole dive kit does in this brand.
