Telcel Mexico Prepaid SIM Card with 5GB Data and Unlimited Calls SMS Universal SIM

Worked great. I had to find a Telcel store (which one was located on every block) to have them help me activate it. The data wasn't working at first, I had either the H, H+or E symbol when I should've had 4G or 3G. After about 30 minutes of trying and having to explain to the workers at the store that it was indeed a Telcel SIM card that I bought online but was supposed to working in Mexico, they were finally able to get it to work. They had to change the Access Point Name in my mobile data settings. This was written on the instructions when I first received the card that some phones/carriers require that you change the APN. I didn't think that applied to me (Verizon, Samsung Galaxy S5) but it did and I had thrown out the instructions otherwise I would've been able to set it up myself. The coverage was pretty good. I was in Merida, Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. There would be a few area that coverage was spotty such as one room in my hostel while another room was fine. I took it as the construction and materials of the building and not the coverage itself.

Just arrived back from a 5 day stay in Cancun, this sim card was a lifesaver. Our resort's wifi was terrible, but this sim card gave me full 4G service throughout my whole trip. I ran out of data close to the end of my trip and refilled it, however it would not automatically reload (probably due to an error on my end) but i sent my confirmation email to the email on the sim card packet and got avery quick response. They fixed it for me to reload automatically. Five Star customer service! Vincent was very nice and helpful!

It works in Cancun city area and hotel zone, however, only 4G is available most of the time in Hotel Zone, LTE seldom work. Signal coverage in hotel building is not good, sometimes no signal.

Worked great, had data service every where we went in Mexico. Had a few issues during the set up process but customer service helped walk me through and had no problems after that! Well definitely use again on my next trip

A very disappointing experience using this product. I'm currently stucked in Mexico with a simcard which doesn't work at all. I followed the instruction exactly but it didn't work. I called and emailed to seek for customer services but they didn't work too. No one replied my email till now and no one answered my call!! I was lucky enough to pass by a McDonald to use free wifi. Or else I wouldn't be able to make it back to the hotel.

I had the 4gb SIM card delivered before leaving for Mexico. I had no issues with it when activating it or upon arriving to Mexico. When we got there, I reset my data tracker so that I could properly ration the card. At 2.7Gb, I received a text that I had exceeded my data allotment and it shut my data off. Beware; not as advertised.

Best investment when traveling to Mexico. Easy set up and instructions from company were thorough. 4G service in metropolitan area and E service in outlying areas.

Must have when traveling to Mexico. I called to US everyday I was in Mexico with no problem.
