What is needed to mix in to make the cakes?

pancakes?  it says to just add water, I add 1 egg per cup of mix, it makes them lighter and fluffier. This is the best pancake mix I have found, and I have tried them all..

The mix is in a sort of thick waxed paper that crinkles when closed. I don't think plastic crinkles.

I know this is an old question, however, other people may want to know. Plus, I hate when people don’t technically answer the question. Especially when it’s the manufacturer. So I went and got the ingredients off their website. Which, unfortunately, doesn’t really help all that much when buying online. Take special note of the last line.
