Works right out of the box with an iPad pro. Works with Android tablet. Had to enable storage under the app permissions and and shut down the app via the close all applications. Works perfect. Good quality. No luck with my Pixel 2 Android phone.

I have a MacAir with the M1 silicon. There is some hubbub about having rosetta installed I do. Tried the drivers.. nope. I have an rm1x, mo6, and su10.. none will connect and there is no lights that turn on. I am assuming they got the pins wrong. I have the USB-C. There is power coming off the macAirs ports. Nothing made it work. I ordered some USB-C to USB adapters. Tada blue light! Testing the rest may or may not work. Anyway, still going to use it with an old laptop for a synth.

This adapted my old Fatar keyboard to USB midi instantly. No drivers to install, just plug and play!

Plug in play in to my iPad Pro. USB -C had no issues no lag it just works. Good value for my money.

Wanted to hook up my 2020 iPad Pro to an old Yamaha keyboard and use it as a midi controller on Garageband. I literally did nothing but plug it in and it worked great right away. Highly recommended!!

It was clear when I received the item, the box had been opened before. The item was simply crammed into the box instead of being factory folded and held with a twist tie, like cables usually are. It was apparent it had been folded that way before. To make things worse, the product was non-operational and did not work at all. I am very tech savvy with audio equipment and I am positive it was connected properly. Dead on arrival! Do not buy from this vendor.

This was a replacement cable for a cheaper brand that didn’t work well for my intensive purpose (using a MacBook Pro with Catalina). As this computer only has USB-C ports, I needed a USB converter for the previous cable which may have been the issue. Everything has been seamless so far with this cable.

Wir benutzen dieses USB-C auf Midi-Kabel um ein iPad mit einem Yamaha Keyeboard zu verbinden. Funktioniert klaglos, ohne Treiber und wird von der Musiksoftware auch erkannt. Wir benutzen Steinberg Dorico auf dem iPad. Wichtig bei allen Midi-Kabeln, die beiden Stecker, die mit IHN und OUT beschriftet sind, gehören auf der Geräteseite jeweils auf die Buchse mit der anderen Beschriftung (also, IN auf OUT iund OUT auf IN). War bei Midi immer schon so und die Begründung ist, naja, nicht ganz unlogisch, aber doch etwas umständlich...

Very good and fully working product. Previously had a cheap one which had some annoying bugs and very happy to report all bugs are gone with this adapter. It also works with USB-C to USB-A adapter as my computer only has USB-A connectors this was important. LEDs are quite bright - I am not a big fan of very bright LEDs but managed to put the cable behind the desk so not bothered. BTW, the cable is correctly lebelled - don't get mislead by some reviews below. It's just how midi works - midi-out cable should be connected to midi-in connector on the keyboard / synth and vice versa.

Connecteur USB-C converti en MIDI sans problème. Il faut surtout inverser le "In" et le "Out" en Midi, sinon on cherche longtemps... L'envois des notes du piano vers le logiciel fonctionne. Il reste à tester l'inverse...
