It does exactly what I expected of it: add water, add coffee, push button and wait, then enjoy. The only flaw in it is you need to be somewhat careful when adding the water (depending upon your container, of course). It's easy to spill it and splash it on the surrounding counter. In particular, if you're right handed, the handle of the coffee basket assembly is blocking the opening enough to be another splash source.

I've been using this little coffee maker for several years and love it. You just cannot purchase a coffee maker like this for this price anywhere else. I'm the only one who drinks coffee in my family, so a single mug coffee maker is just the ticket. Worth while having if you only want a mug of coffee in the morning.

Update: tubing began to leak after 2 years.Functionality is quite good. BUT, in order to use it with any sort of normal sized coffee cup, and avoid splashing coffee everywhere, one must jerry-rig some sort of thing to set the cup on. I am a wood worker, so I was able to construct a handy little platform, but not everyone has this ability.

This coffee maker is the best. Easy to use, makes good coffee quickly and is easy to clean. The inexpensive price makes it possible to keep buying this product more often especially if you are too lazy to clean frequently with vinegar to remove mineral deposits.

I love this. Its better than my last coffee pot. It makes only how much you want/ and it shuts itself off after done brewing. I like that feature as I would forget on my other to turn it off.. Highly recommend

I got this for work because I was tired for spending upwards of $5 a day on coffee (depending on how many cups I need). I figured it's a whole lot cheaper than other single serves, and I get to use my own coffee so that's great. I really do like it. It's compact, and it brews within minutes.The only downsides are that I have found is that it brews VERY hot. Like - I waited 5 minutes before drinking it and burnt my lips hot. The other is that the cord is SUPER short. So if you're putting this on your desk, it may not reach the outlet on the wall.But, I love the mug - it's really sturdy. And the machine is very compact but not flimsy.
